Today, I wrote this in my jotter I called "Secret Book" and I love to share with my friends again.
If you are still struggling, chances are that there is an opportunity you either failed to utilise, took for granted or are not taking seriously by putting in the right amount of work.
There's a volume of effort required to pull every weight. Anything less than that won't do. Therefore if you are not making progress, that's one area to consider. You cannot excel in what you dabble in or in what you don't believe in.

To move your business forward to where you desire it to be requires a certain amount of action. Anything less will only bring less results. So its time to sit down and make some calculation and deductions.
Growth and progress is not a matter of speculation or uncertainty. Do what is required and the needed results will be evident! Input always determines output.
I've always believed that if you put in the work, the results will come.
Spend less time talking about your problems and use that time to think about solutions. Then act on them. You’ll get a lot more results this way, and you’ll be happier. If you want to be the best at something, you have to work at it.
This is a universal truth: An inescapable, non-negotiable imperative of success is effort. Achievement, in any form, comes as a result of the work you put in. Luck is not success. Circumstance is not achievement. Success is a result of effort.
But here’s another fundamental truth: effort — consistent, sustained work on any given task — is hard. And for many, hard is too hard. Things get in the way, life offers an array of complications and distractions and as a result, we look for shortcuts. Get rich quick schemes, lose weight fast diets, exercise without effort.
Results don’t come without commitment to the task. This is an absolute truth. In everything.
Thanks for reading patiently.
love you all

I'd also like to add about the wrong kinds of efforts or the wrong things to assert effort on but it's not my article and I'm not too fond of motivational articles since i wouldn't like to rely on external motivations. I liked reading your work though, it's really well written and elaborated on well with each point you added
