Many people especially our old folks takes some vegetables they don't really know the importance of them well detailed. They eat them because of a specific benefits they never know if they possess other importance to the body. Raw well it very good but shouldn't be in excess else you might hate your self though it not easy eating it raw, I do prefer the juice though.
