Alot of people always look down on themselves. Infact inferiority complex affect alot of people and they start ridiculing themselves. They feel incompetent when they are highly qualified.

Listen, you are unique. The moment you accept that you are unique, then nothing will be hard for you. Accept the way you are. Be simple and Unique. It is not until you are rich or wealthy for you to be Unique. Uniqueness starts from within.. the way you carry or place yourself in the society. Uniqueness is not about money...

What is unique in a simple term?

The unique you simply means the special you. The unique you simply means the exception you. The unique you simply means the extraordinary you.

Being different is good because It establishes your identity. Many a time we start to see us through others' eyes, especially those who don't like us. It makes us obsessed. Be you for those who are yours and love you for the way your identity is. On top of everything else, there are three important factors that make us Unique. The most important factor is our values. We get our values primarily from our parents, then from our family, our extended family, the schools we go to, from our friends and from our community. The second factor is our beliefs.

1 Ask your friends and family why they like hanging out with you.

2 Note which of your attributes others point out to you

3 Write about the things you love to do

4 Notice what makes you feel authentic

5 Imagine your perfect work day

6 appreciate your self on any task done by you(I always practice this,whenever I am done with any task,i talk to myself,i tell myself thank you,i tell myself well done.

The Unique you is the understanding that you are at the level of essence not merely at the level of social, psychological, and cultural conditioning you are ultimately unique, you are an infinitely unique expression of All That Is, an expression that never was, is, or will be ever again.

You are more than enough. Your existence is sufficient. Your uniqueness is overwhelming that every one will see and do me good.
