Detox lungs with homemade tea
The special thing about this tea is that it is made from kitchen spices and herbs, so it has no side effects.
Ingredients:
Water - 2 cups
Ginger Powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp (1 stick)
Basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 2 cloves
Black Pepper - 3 seeds
green cardamom - 2
celery - a pinch
Method of Preparation:
First, heat 2 cups of lukewarm water and mix all the ingredients. Boil it for 10 minutes. Lung tea is ready. Drink it slowly with a sip. It will benefit more. If you consume this tea every day, the lungs will continue to detox.
Tips for Healthy Living:
1. Sprinkle water from time to time to protect the eyes from pollution. You can also use rose water for this. If itching occurs, use the eye drops given by your doctor.
2. Drink ginger tea to avoid sore throat and phlegm. Honey and jaggery should be eaten. This will save you from a throat infection. If you eat jaggery after eating, there will be no problem of indigestion .
3. Eat turmeric, cherries, olives, walnuts, beans, ginger, garlic, coconut water, green leafy vegetables. Drink 1 cup of green tea daily. Studies show that drinking 2 cups of green tea a day reduces the risk of lung infections.
