I quit my job, I'm looking for a better job

Hello, dear friend of Read Cash! Happy Tuesday!
Today I wanted to tell you a little about the jobs in my country. I live in Venezuela. And I think the situation in the country has changed a lot the way people think. And also of employers and working conditions.
I got a job last year. I was happy, I felt good at my job. However, the months passed, and I had more and more work. The company where I worked had tax penalties because previous administrators had not done their job.
I was the new administrator. And I had to do the work that was not done in previous years. But, my current job. It was too much. I was looking for a way to share the work with a partner. But, it wasn't working well. My partner also had a lot of activities because he was a salesman. So, he couldn't help me sometimes.
So I had to do a lot of things. Besides being an administrator, also, when it was season I had to sell. In other words, the charges were not defined.
Me leaving to pay the minucipal taxes. I always took a selfie. There was a lot of sun here, so I couldn't open my eyes well.
This caused my work to accumulate.
My salary was low, I was making $80 a month. And he worked from Monday to Saturday.
I'm in college, and all of this had me exhausted. I felt sick, always with a headache, and exhausted. In my country the law dictates that workers must have 2 days off. I had only one. So I had to do all my college homework on Sunday. But I didn't have time, I felt tired, and because of that I failed a subject.
I quit a few months ago. For now I'm just studying at the university, and I earn money online with mini job pages on the Internet, as well as my blogs.
Another day he also went to pay taxes. He always took pictures of me, and enjoyed the relaxing moment while I was sitting waiting. It was one of the few times a month where she was relaxed.
I am also joined to chat groups on Facebook, and I have noticed that the over exploitation and bad salaries are spreading throughout the country. Private industry is doing what it wants with its employees.
They exploit the workforce of a mass of young people full of dreams and aspirations. Without offering them anything in return.
My country is governed under the idea of socialism. However, this is not applied. There are many inequalities in all aspects.
In addition, the model that companies follow is 100% capitalist. And human resource management is terrible. People are seen as objects, as robots that just have to work. As if we didn't have a life outside of work.
I don't want this for my life. So at the moment I am looking for a job that allows me to study, and pay my expenses. A job where I don't feel incredibly exhausted all the time.
I want freedom, I don't want to be locked in a little cubicle all week.
Society has come a long way, and we still follow the same patterns. We have advanced technologies, these serve to optimize processes and make companies have large productions.
Why not also use them to improve the quality of life of workers?
Why are they not used to reduce the workload?
Why don't we find a way for people to live in order to live, and not just to have money to survive?
As time passes, but we become slaves to technology, capital, and anything that detracts from our vital time.
The world has to be changed. We have to build a better world, a healthier world.
