It is not that there is no access to education in Pakistan. If one says and understands this, then it is wrong. The statistics of out-of-school children are found. We also use these figures to criticize government policies. There is another side to all this, how many children and people have access to mobile, computer and internet? And how and for what purpose do they use this technology? How many educational materials or educational websites are included in the list searched in Pakistan and what are the numbers in this list? Explain these two questions: Is education expensive or is it a hobby for education? Education is not expensive. Degrees are not expensive at all. And our society has created a problem for the next generation by bridging the gap between education and degrees. It is the education system that has grown up in Pakistan that has taught that knowledge is a degree. And here we also nailed the last nail in the coffin of a declining society. Our education is a curriculum that has been developed for decades. Decorating this curriculum with modern research is an important need of the hour. Our teachers are not familiar with this aspect of research. It was also good to break the stalemate in the education system and formulate educational reforms. Of course, it was a welcome step, but my question is why the Department of Education, while formulating reforms, does not take into account who will be in charge of the implementation of this plan? I have recently written briefly about the institutions which have shown 100% performance in the boards and unfortunately private colleges are considered to be better than government colleges and so it is. Now the general mentality of the male and female teachers teaching in these private colleges is what I have written in the above lines, (although disagreement is your democratic right. If you are aware of any such teacher then I would definitely like to meet them) Those who consider education as a sacred trust and decide to become a teacher and then fulfill it as a duty) Do you talk about bringing revolution in the field of education with such teachers? So it would be no less than a joke. In a society where retired government teachers, by setting up tuition centers, by flipping past papers of boards, make their students successful with 100% result. In a society where practical paper marks are given on the basis of "tea and water", you are talking about creating an education system in which students can creatively express their opinions on any subject and give them that opinion. Scores will be given based on the criteria. That is to say, it is a wonderful step and societies develop in the field of education only when they can understand any subject and form their opinion by thinking about it and can convey this opinion to others in a polite and effective manner. But my problem is who will explain such creative topics to the students? Who will check the creative opinion written in the student's paper and give it a score according to which criteria? Because here, if the books were opened and placed in front to check the papers, then the writer would be the most intelligent learner. The fact is that before every reform, the mistake has to be identified, with that mistake in mind, let's talk about reform. The perpetrators should be told what is wrong with what they are doing, why it needs to be improved and how to improve it. Motivation or motivation for improvement does not come from notifications, policies and orders. We have to teach today's teacher how important it is to learn and there is nothing wrong with equipping ourselves with modern knowledge and research, we have to teach a learner that there is a difference between knowledge and degree and knowledge is in your hands whenever you want. You can get wherever you want as long as you want to get and education ... Education is not a burden, it is a burden of words and statistics. Education must be freed from the burden of words and statistics and equipped with modern research. The learner must develop a sense of responsibility and the learner must develop a passion for knowledge. Then somewhere we will be able to create a society that is familiar with the true meaning and concept of education for future generations.
