People have different kinds of earning ability.

A good number earn from their writings or articles.
Another group earns from their artworks.

No one is limited to only one ability that is why you see people trying as many jobs or work as they can provide it would regenerate income.

You can't own a car that isn't registered in your name neither can you claim your ownership of a house or company not established under your name. It is not possible.
Your earning ability is what will determine your financial assets and by this I mean, whatever assets you place your hands on or is registered in your name, shows that a price was paid for it and that price was only possible as a result of your ability to earn.
It is because you invested in one thing or the other that generated more income and yielded more profit for whatever financial assets you own.
Now I will ask you, what is (are) your earning ability(s)?
In other words, What is (are) your selling point(s)?
Are you utilizing your ability well in order for it to fetch you an asset later on?
Make your abilities sell now and you will have those assets as a remembrance someday.
