Starbucks opens Starbucks Odyssey, its NFT loyalty program.

Some U.S. users can already access Starbucks' NFTs.

The coffee shop will launch its own NFT marketplace powered by Nifty Gateway.

The world's most popular coffee brand dives into Web3.

Officially announced in September, the program combines with the company's existing loyalty model, Starbucks Rewards, to offer consumers access to exclusive experiences and rewards in the form of coffee-themed digital collectibles. The benefits will be broader than free coffee and may include visits to the company's coffee farms.

The company disclosed about Odyssey's beta launch this week in a statement. A small group of waitlist members, including Starbucks customers and employees in the U.S., are part of the test.
