The Cash App Payments application activates the Bitcoin Lightning Network payment feature, meaning that users of the application will be able, starting today, to send and receive Bitcoin via the Lightning Network, which has low transfer fees.

It is worth noting that the Cash App application was developed by Block (formerly Square), and it works in the United States of America and the United Kingdom (Britain), and it had recorded transfers of $ 70 million until the third quarter of 2021.
