1/2 kilo tenderloin, 3 tablespoons native vinegar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 head garlic, crushed, 1 egg, 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup flour cornstarch for rollibg lard fir deep frying salt and pepper , Cut pork into 1 inch pieces. Marinated in mixture of vinegar , soy sauces , sugar abd garlic for 1 1/2 hours. Drain meat. Mix together egg, constarch and flour. Roll each piece if pork in corbstarch mixture and deep fry.
Sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar, 6 tablespoons sugar, 1 cup water,3 tablespoons catsup, 1 teaspoin oyster sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons constarch, diluted with 2-3 tablespoons water 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges, 2 medium-sized onions, cut into 8 pieces, 1 carrot, sliced in rounds, 2 stem celery, cut into 1 inch pieces , 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper, cut into 1 x 1 inch pieces, 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper, cut inti 1 x 1 inch pieces. Combined the first 6 ingredients in a frying pan. Thicken with constarch mixture. Add tomatoes, onions, carrot,celery,pineapple,and red and green bell peppers. Boil once, add pork and serve hot.
