The Best Love Story of all part2

One morning during a flag raising, Ton was called in front, he was a champion in boxing in Palarong Pambansa held in Tangub City, he was an athlete and because of his trainings, he was almost always absent in class and he will only be around during quarter exams.

Beverly, Joy’s friend asked him to “libre snack” in the canteen but he said he will only buy her food if Joy will come too. She did not know about it and so she went with her and when Ton asked her if what she wanted, she didn’t have anything. She is shy and bought her own food instead. So they went back to their classroom and sit for the whole morning.

Fast forward to the end of the year, the two were asked to accompany their teachers because they have both grown in the same barangay and they know where the houses of their classmates were. They visited the each house and they didn’t have a word with each other. They are silent the whole time until on a narrow way, their hands touched and held each other for a long time. They both know they felt the same but each were holding back because they are still so young to be in a relationship. Ton and Joy did not have a word about what happened, too young too shy to say what they both wanted. They accompanied their teacher for four days until the survey was over and they are sad that it has to end.

During the Christmas party in their class, they were divided into four each group so they will share one roasted chicken each. Her father brought them the chicken just before they will have their lunch and he volunteered to get it from him. Now during lunch, he gave her the best part of the chicken, the tail but she did not want it for its has lots of fat.

With a shaky hand, ton puts a tomato in his face and tried to reach hers. He felt a jolt of electricity that ran down his hand ant to his heart when his fingers touched her arms as they tried to win the tomato dance contest being held in the party. Little did he know that she was feeling the same way too.

The game will be won when the tomato is still in the pair’s face after dancing for some time but since the two were too shy to hold each other, they lost the game and returned to their seats. After the party, they went to a classmate’s house to do karaoke and they had funf for few hours and went home.

They still did not have cell phones at that time and so they have no way to communicate with each other outside school and they waited for the return of class in the following year.

This is just part one of the story. It's a classic story of the two lovers who had parted ways. Who knows what will hapen to them next?
