Four years without him the preparation part1

My sister who lives in Valencia City cam home with her 3 kids and they arrived at 8am. They came to celebrate as well as hel my mother in harvesting the cassava in her farm. The kids were used at working because they have their own farm in their place. They were taught to be industrious, and the parents succeeded. They were taught young and I know that they can bring that attitude as they grow older.

My mother came short of rice, their arrival was not anticipated so my mother who was informed late came to lend rice for them, good thing we had rice too, because sometimes we kind of run out of it.

When I came home from work and after fetching my son, this is what I saw in the kitchen. They slaughtered the pig which is over 30 kilograms already. My husband failed to help because he was not informed that the plan has changed. The original plan was to roast it whole and will slaughter it on the 18th. They decided to have lechon belly instead, and cook other parts in some menus they wanted, and reserve meat for the workers in the farm.

Meljohn was assigned to clean the entrails which he got mastered after many times his brother made him do it. Kuya Alex even told us that after the entrails were washed with salt, of course it could not be washed with soap, right? Washing it with coffee will make the unwanted smell we call langsa to disappear. I do not know if it work, I might know about it on the next day.

While the grown ups are busy on their works, the kids did their own leisure too. From to to right on the photo collage above, Aelie and Alexandria were drawing on a notebook. They were drawing dolls, shoes dresses and many more.

Czak and Micaiah had fun riding and climbing on the damaged door and wall in Indang's place. Indang just came back from buying ingredients she think she needs in he lumpiag shanghai, mother just came home from getting the excess food from the nearby eatery, Palaling and Ayah went with her.

I was busy taking pictures of the moon which I thought was full. It was having rain showers few hours earlier so we did not have any pictures just like what me and my husband did in the last fullmoon. And PJ and xandrine are watching TV, with cartoon movies.

It was over 8pm and Indang was still cooking viand, she made soup out of the pig's bones but she made it a little late. I was very hungry at that moment already and I was thinking if the kids already had something to eat before they got busy but they didn't. In fact, everyone is hungry. Czak had milk at home and we came back to my mother's place, Czak got afraid of getting near this pig's head, he is afraid that it will bite but I said it will not, he touched it.

Aexis did not have dinner with us. He grilled meat and I copied him. Its more delicious because the meat is still very fresh.

Then my husband prepared go to work. Indang's plan on doing the lumpiang shanghai got postponed because PJ wants to sleep already. Most of them went to the farm and is tired. Palaling and Aelie slept at thier Wawa leaving me and Czak alone to sleep in our house.

I also got mad with my husband because he didn't bother texting or calling me. I always ask him to send me a text but he will only text if I got mad already. I was not in the mood to entertain him so I made my previous article that night. That Way I was able to cool my self down and earn. Much better than waiting for nothing.

I wanted to ask if they'd have lots of visitors in the next day but I held my thoughts and let them be.

So the day ended and everyone had a good sleep.
