Who is who? My Review of The Founder Movie
Before, if you search the name of the famous restaurant Mcdonald, the first person will appear is Ray Kroc, the "fake" who steal the fast food company to the real owner, which is the Mcdonald brothers.

I really like this movie because it was informative and tells about the real story of people. It gives a lot of lesson and leaning, not only in business but also in our lives. It was released in 2016 and directed by John Lee Hancock, it stars by Michael Keaton as Ray Kroc, Nick Offerman, and John Carroll Lynch or also known as McDonald's brothers.

This movie tells about the true story of how a family owned burger shack in San Bernardino, a small town California became one of the best fast food chain globally. Also, how Ray Kroc, a struggling salesman met the two brothers who were running a burger shop during that time.

He was amazed by the speedy system of the company and saw a franchise potential to it. That was led to him to become their franchise agent and later on pull the company from the brother and create a multi-billion dollar empire.

However, I observed that social imaginations were used in different scenario such as frustration, curiosity, and marriage.
First, Kroc got frustrated when people does not want to buy the mixer he was selling and started to mock him. He was put in that situation because companies was innovating their product and the use of mixer will no longer need. Most of us became frustrated when a situation will not go on how we plan it.
Second, curiosity will help us to explore new opportunities. When Ray became curious about the system of Mcdo, he grabs that opportunity to achieve his goal, which is for the company to be number fast-food chain in the market. He did not focused on that desire alone, but instead he shared it in the society.
Lastly, divorce mostly happened when partners wanted to dissolved their marriage. This problem were one of the issue in the society wherein it faced by others.

On the other hand, the one of the best thing that I learned in movie was about persistency. As Ray Kroc stated "persistence and determination alone are all powerful to show that you don't have to defeat by anything". Sometimes, we might feel that we are defeated and discourage, but we should not only think of ourselves rather, explore the bigger picture.

We should not put it all on society; we need to work hard, focus to reach our main goal. Just like Kroc, he did not give up even when he faced on though situation. He thinks big and also learned from his experience while accepting suggestion from others. However, the situation of Mcdonald’s brother was different because they struggled financially and were failed to compete with Krocs, also they just accept defeat and did not fight for their rights. Thus, their employees lost their jobs because of poor leadership.
