The skills that can be acquired cannot be quantified, especially in light of the technological and cognitive development that has conquered the whole world.
Of course I can't list the full 100 skills but I will share with you quite a few of what I tried to acquire:
Time management: This skill is really useful. It will save you a lot of trouble arranging your tasks and priorities. You will become flexible in adapting to your tasks and organizing your time according to their number and priority of completion.
Learning how to learn: It made it easier for me to remember my lessons
Mind mapping creations will make you see points that were hidden from you before you drew the map
