Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) will be implemented in NCR/Metro Manila and Laguna effective tomorrow, August 21 to August 31 as announced by Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) last night. Hopefully, this can ease up the financial needs of the people so businesses can open slowly.
