Physical Health Condition:

  • Skin defends against the diseased and helps in temperature regulation.

  • Stay positive because positivity helps you live longer.

  • The workout will give you more energy.

  • Running is good for human health. People who run 12-18 miles a week will have a stronger immune system.

Mental health conditions:

  • Learning something new will boost and activate your brain.

  • Reading is also a key factor to reduce stress and maintain our mental health.

  • Maintaining good relations with friends and family is also good for health.

  • Drinking coffee reduces stress, especially in women.

  • Chewing gum makes you more alert.

  • Spending more time in the garden reduces negative thoughts in your mind.

  • Stretching increase the blood flow and helps in avoiding injuries.

  • Outing makes your mood happier and removes all the negativity, tiredness, and dizziness from your mind.
