Most Important Fight Scenes in Netflix’s Daredevil

Critics and fans alike have the unanimous verdict that Daredevil, is the best superhero flick to ever happen on TV. Some people even declare that it is far, far better than some superhero movies that were released as major motion pictures.

What makes the show a very worthwhile one to watch is the fight scenes that take place throughout its entire 3-season run. Here are the very best of those fight scenes. Consider looking into them from time to time so you can have your ultimate guide if you haven’t seen the show before.

By the way… let me give you this… SPOILER ALERT.

Daredevil vs Russian Thugs: Season 1, Episode 2

Our protagonist is shown to have a really soft spot for kids. And when he heard the voice of a kid screaming for help via his “radar sense,” he hopped right into the action and tracked down those baddies who took that kid. Upon battling those thugs though, he was caught off guard and was severely beaten, ending up nearly dead in a trash bin.

A few hours later though, he orchestrated his retaliation and visited those guy’s new lair. What took place was an intense fistfight/kickfight with Daredevil and some Russian thugs. What’s really cool about this fight scene was that our hero appears to be too hurt, and too tired, but he still emerged as the victor.

Daredevil vs. Stick : Season 1, Episode 7

Before DD became that super-skillful fighting machine, he was trained by a blind martial-arts master named Stick. When the latter sensed that Matthew, his then 12-year old protege looked upon him as a father figure, Stick abandoned poor Matt, which severely put an emotional scar on him.

Years later, when Matt is a successful lawyer already, and is becoming a pretty popular superhero-vigilante already, Stick reappeared, which rekindled their friendship, and father-son setup, although for a very short span only.

As their differing idealism and point of views came into intense conflict, the argument became physical, which led the 2 super-fighters end up hurting each other, so pretty badly.

Daredevil vs. Nobu : Season 1, Episode 9

Daredevil is labeled by his fans and the media, as some kind of their neighborhood ninja. But what happens when you rattle the cages of the evildoers in that neighborhood? The answer – they will send another ninja, to hopefully beat our dear hero to a pulp.

But after a seemingly long battle that took almost an entire episode to finally culminate, DD emerged victorious, maybe due to the fact that he’s just a far superior fighter, or maybe he’s just extremely lucky. But when he was finished with battling that Nobu guy, another more dangerous bald guy appeared. Speaking of that bald guy…

Daredevil vs. Kingpin : Season 1, Episode 13

Wilson Fisk (that bald guy I told you about), a well-known philanthropist and businessman was proven to be a criminal mastermind, which led to his fateful apprehension. But Fisk wasn’t a simpleton criminal. He is super-smart, and super manipulative, which made him almost successfully evade the law for good, and live the good life that he dreamed of along with the woman he loves.

But just as he was about to fully break free, Daredevil, now on his brand new red-black suit, engaged in a no-holds barred physical altercation with Wilson who’s also known as “The Kingpin.” Their fight was a bit of a letdown compared to the ones that came before it. But it led to the conclusion of a very satisfying first season closure.

Daredevil vs. Punisher : Season 2, Episode 2

What’s better than watching a superhero in action? – Another superhero, who’s on a skirmish with the superhero we fell in love with on the first season. Daredevil is pretty brutal with his fists and legs, but then, there came the Punisher, a semi-hero, semi-villain type of character, who’s also brutal with his hands, but also with his guns and bullets.

They are both on the lookout to make their neighborhood safer for innocent civilians, the only problem with the Punisher is that he’s willing to kill, albeit brutally, while our guy Matt believes that even the baddest of villains should be given a second chance.

So they battled it out, with the guy in black and a white skull emblem as the victor. That seemed pretty bad for DD, but then…

Daredevil vs. Bikers : Season 2, Episode 3

Just as the Punisher was about to kill some criminal in front of the chained Daredevil, a twist of events happened, Matt somehow broke free using the gun that belonged to the Punisher, and knocked the latter unconscious. But before it happened though, a group of wicked bikers was greatly disturbed by a rocket launcher fired by the Punisher, on purpose of course.

Just a few minutes after that, those bikers climbed through that rooftop, where our heroes in red and black were at… and then one of the greatest fight scenes ever filmed for television took place. While still barely recovering from the “hurt avenue” that the Punisher gave him, DD went into an intense battle with the biker gang, which greatly showcased our hero’s superiority once more.

Daredevil and Elektra vs. The Hand : Season 2, Episode 13

Superheroes are meant to fall in love with superheroines. That’s a given. But the superheroine in question is partially a supervillainess too, an ex-lover of Matt’s named Elektra. When the latter reappeared in New York, she went to seek out Matt’s help both as a lawyer, and as a vigilante too.

What DD didn’t suspect was that his ex actually has connections with The Hand – a mysterious ninja organization with the aim to spell some serious villainy on the streets of New York City. When the second season came to a close, the couple battled out some really nasty ninjas, which led to the death of Elektra.

Matt Murdock vs. Inmates : Season 3, Episode 4

Is the sub-heading of this paragraph a typo error? No, because in this fight scene, Matt Murdock isn’t wearing his Daredevil suit. Instead, he is wearing his standard daily suit, the kind he wears in his profession as daily as a lawyer.

In this episode, he went out to visit an inmate in a prison, one that he thinks can give him the information he needs in his new pursuit to bring down the Kingpin. But even while still in house arrest, the latter still has the means of manipulating some people, to endanger the existence of our hero.

With just a few phone calls Kingpin successfully orchestrated a prison brawl that almost led to the near-demise of Matt. With a little help from some inmate criminals as well, he was able to escape though.

Daredevil vs. Bullseye : Season 3, Episode 6

The tenacity and deadliness of DD as a warrior and a hero seemed to grow to unfathomable heights, and for that reason, the baddies who want to bring him down upgraded their thugs too. Their means of doing that came in the person of Benjamin Poindexter, a supervillain who would later be known as “Bullseye.”

To push our hero into the open, the Kingpin commissioned Bullseye to kill a few people… while wearing an exact replica of DD’s red-black suit. Just as Bullseye was about to Kill Matt’s bestfriend, Matt was there to intercept, and then it’s another one of the greatest fight scenes on TV that took place.

Daredevil vs. Bullseye vs. Kingpin : Season 3, Episode 13

You know what’s better than a hero fighting a villain? The ultimate answer would be… when a hero battles a villain, while that villain is also fighting another villain. When Bullseye figured out that he was just manipulated by the Kingpin to do some extremely dirty work, and when he found out that the bald baddie was responsible for the death of the woman he loves, he went to bring great disturbance on Kingpin’s wedding night.

Daredevil, being the hero that he is, went to save some people, even if those people were purely evil. What makes the fight scene between the 3 of them so special is that it didn’t only serve as the ultimate battle of 3 tough warriors, but it got established as the ultimate commencement of one of the greatest TV shows ever to come out from online-streaming.

https://www.similarweb.com/website/read.cash/#overview
