How to go
Arambagh in Dhaka / Sayedabad /
From Chittagong Road you can take Shyamli, Mamun Paribahan bus, you can also take ENA Paribahan from Uttara. Rent 550 rupees. Besides, going to Sylhet by Sylhet bus is also expected by Sunamganj bus. It takes about 5/6 hours by bus to reach Sunamganj from Dhaka.
And if you come from Sylhet, you can come by micro bus and local bus. The rent will be 150-160 rupees.

There are several hotels in Sunamganj to stay. But the rent seemed a little higher to me than other places. There are several hotels near the bus stand - Hotel Noor, Nurani, Mizan, Palace. There is also Sunamganj Circuit House. And those who visit Tanguar Haor can spend the night in a rented trawler or stay in the Upazila Parishad bungalow at Tahirpur.
