Royal pieces

Ingredients:

- 6 pieces of bread (cut into hard pieces)

- A little ghee / butter

- 1 liter of milk

- 3 teaspoons of sugar

- 3 tablespoons powdered milk or condensed milk

- 1 pinch cardamom powder

For sugar veins:

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup water

- 4 cardamoms

To sort:

- 1 cup crushed almonds (cashews, pesto, almonds)

- Raisins

- Saffron

Method:

- Keep stirring with milk in a pan. When milk boils, add milk powder or condensed milk. Then reduce the heat of the stove and continue to burn.

- After a while, add cardamom powder and stir well. Shake frequently so that the cream does not fall. Thicken the milk to about 1/4.

- Then take it out of the oven and mix it well with sugar. If you want, you can give saffron or keora water mixed with a little milk.

- In a frying pan with butter, fry the cut pieces of bread on both sides till they turn reddish golden.

- In another pan, mix sugar and water and keep stirring. Put cardamom in it. Make a thick vein with fire and take it down.

- Dip the pieces of bread soaked in the veins. After soaking for 10 minutes, place the bread crumbs in a serving dish.

- Then pour the milk on the bread crumbs.

- Spread almonds, raisins and saffron on top. Buss, now serve the fun ‘royal piece’.
