Ramadan Special Instant Halim

Materials:

1: Meat with bones - half a kg

2: Ginger paste - half a table spoon

3: Garlic paste - half a table spoon

4: Onion paste - 1 tablespoon

5: Cumin paste - 1 teaspoon

6: Chili powder - 1 teaspoon or quantity

6: Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

6: Hot spice powder - half a teaspoon

9: Bay leaves - 2

10: Cinnamon - 2 pieces

11: Cardamom - 2

12: Oil - half a cup

13: Salt - 1 tablespoon

14: Water - 1 liter

15: Radhuni Halim Mix - 1 packet

17: For serving - Onion Beresta, Coriander, Ginger Crush, Lemon, Green Pepper

Preparation:

1: First cut the meat into small pieces. Now add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, cumin paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, hot spice powder, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, salt and oil and put it in the oven two or three times.

2: If it is not boiled, it should be boiled with the required amount of water. And when the oil comes up, you have to take it down.

3: Then put the oven on medium heat, pour the Radhuni Halim mix in boiling hot water little by little. Stir well and cover for 15 to 20 minutes.

4: Then add the spice of Halim with the meat and mix the Halim mix well and boil it continuously for 10 minutes.

5: Then leave it in the oven for a while, 4 to 5 times to wait for the ball. In the end, you have to move it well.

6: Serve with onion barista, coriander leaves, ginger powder, lemon and green pepper as per your choice.
