Special potato lick
Ingredients: 500 g of boiled potatoes, 250 g of sour curd, half a cup of cornflower, 200 g of ripe tomatoes, 200 g of raw cucumber, 4 tablespoons of onion cut into cubes, 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves, 2 teaspoons of raw chilli powder, tala 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of white black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of chaat masala, half a teaspoon of bit salt, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 cup of soybean oil.
How to create:
1. Boil the potatoes and keep it warm. Now mix half cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt to taste with the potatoes.
2. Take a small amount of potato mixture and make a round flat pressure and roll it in cornflower. Then heat the oil in the oven and fry the two backs until brown.
3. Sprinkle with sour yoghurt, remaining cumin powder, chaat masala, chilli powder, sugar, salt to taste and a pinch of salt.
4. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into small cubes. Tomato, cucumber, onion cubes, green chilli powder, coriander powder with a little salt.
5. Place the fried chops in a scattering dish and pour the yogurt mixture on each of them first. Put the tomato mixture on it. Now spread a little cumin powder and chaat masala on top and serve.
