Bread Pantua **

If you don't have a Bengali sweet face, you won't be satisfied with food. Bazari Misti is Khanai, if something can be made quickly at home with Mistipad something domestic, then how is it !!! So I brought the pantua of bread.

Materials

Cut brown bread or white bread slices into a few triangles or squares (you decide to cut it).

Sugar to make quite a bit of juice

Condensed milk - like a cup.

White oil - quite a bit

Method

Boil with water in a saucepan or pan. When it boils, mix sugar and keep killing the water. Spoon to see if the sugar juice is thick. When it becomes thick, let it cool down.

Now heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, reduce the flame. Now deep fry the breads in that oil. Keep it up. Absorb the excess oil with a tissue paper. Now dip the fried breads well in the sugar juice made earlier and arrange them on a plate. Now spread the thick milk with a spoon from above. If you prefer skim milk, cut the skim into squares instead of milk and apply it well on top of each other.

Wow. Hats off, thank you for this amazing information about this recipe. I will try to make some for me. Tho I'm allergic to cream and peanuts. Please share a non allergic sweet recipe, so that I can eat with itching.
