Rasgolla is something we all usually eat. But baked rasgolla is a slightly different food
Materials:
Rasgolla - 20 pieces.
Condensed milk - 2 cups.
Lamb - 1 cup 6
Sugar - 2 tablespoons.
Powdered milk - 2 cups.
Condensed milk - 3 cups. (Mix 6 cups of milk and make 3 cups).
Rose water - in moderation.
Keorajal - Quantitatively.
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp.
Wood nuts - 1 tbsp.
Pesto Almond Crush - 1 tbsp.
Preparation:
Step-1: First you have to make a little mesh with milk in a pan on gas. Then it should be mixed with vinegar or lemon juice little by little. After stirring for a while, when the green water is released from the milk and the baby is separated, it should be taken down.
Step-2: Now the puppies should be washed well with cold water. After washing, drain the water from the lamb and cover it with a soft cotton cloth for about 40 minutes.
Step-3: Then take out the juice from the rasgolla and squeeze it well. When done, soak the rasgollas in a bowl with water for about 15 minutes.
Step-4: Then squeeze the water out of the rasgolla. When done, they should be arranged in a baking dish.
Step-5: All the ingredients except rasgolla should be taken in a bowl and mixed very well. Care should be taken so that it mixes well with the puppies and milk.
Step-6: Now you have to preheat them in the oven at 200C.
Step-6: Now pour the mixture of lamb and milk on top of the rasgolla so that the mixture penetrates well in all directions.
Step-6: Now you have to bake it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Step-9: Once baked, take it out and serve it nicely. Very interesting baked rasgolla.
