Here is an upcoming airdrop for Osmosis (OSMO) holders. It's quite divisive since Osmosis is a Cosmos project while Sunny is a Solana project.
Some view it as an attack against Cosmos disguised as a gift. It is not in any way related to Osmosis. Sunny is a composable DeFi yield aggregator powered by Solana, one of the fastest growing blockchain ecosystems. The Sunny Protocol is designed with composability as a core feature, enabling other applications and protocols to easily build on top of it.
Sunny will be airdropping a total of 99,423,500 SUNNY to OSMO holders and Osmosis liquidity providers. A pool of 49,711,750 SUNNY will be distributed to OSMO holders based on a snapshot taken on August 6th, 2021 at 0042 UTC and an additional pool of 49,711,750 SUNNY will be distributed to users providing liquidity on the Osmosis DEX based on a random snapshot between August 11th, 2021 at 00:00 UTC and August 25th, 2021 at 00:00 UTC.
Eligible holders will be able to claim their rewards after the launch of the platform.
