Art Explained By A Writer: Coquetry (1911)
You know I love you Sophia, you know I do, it's just for one time. You know he adores me and with what he pays our troubles are over and we can make a new start just you and me.
Coquetry (1911) - Félix Vallotton
Just for once, my love
No need to kiss
You can think of me
A blank mind
He will treat you well
Just relax
It will be over before you know it
Think of us
All that money he'll pay
A bright future awaits both of us
Ignore
Just give a bit in
Whatever he asks for
Help me, don't you love me?
Tears in his eyes
Distance
One day changed into 10 months.
No sweetness
No money
No fun
Abandoned
Forced into a filthy person
No one likes to be with.
Today is the day. I'll pack my bag and leave. Destination unknown, it sounds perfect.
Wow, what I have is more than thought or is the stupid suitcase too small? What the heck why care, it's all old stuff or a bribe paid by Felix and five men I can't stand. I'll put it back in the closet, leave a part on the dressery. Two sets is enough to start a new life. I'm tired of men telling me what to do,what to feel and painting me and my future. Toodeloo guys, I'm out of here
