Hello everyone. How's your day? I just wanna share to you about the lessons I've learned in a kdrama series that I watched recently.

It's a very nice kdrama and has many life lessons to learn, from the title itself it says that “It's okay to not be okay.”

It's Okay To Not Be Okay is a healing drama in these trying times, teaching us life lessons and raising mental health awareness. It openly discussed mental health in different perspectives. I love how the writer integrated a highly emphatic communication to address one's suffering.

In a world filled with billions of people striving for perfection, this korean drama has shown us that it's okay to be flawed, unwell or impaired.

It's really okay to not be okay. As what Sang Tae says, we shouldn't be embarrassed about being sad. It won't cost us a penny if we cry, we are just human after all. We are capable of being hurt. Our feelings and emotions are all valid.

This drama taught us that it's okay to accept to ourselves that we are weak, by being weak we become strong. This drama also reminded us that nobody owns us but ourselves.

Below are some of the cast and characters of this korean drama as well as the lessons we can learn from them :

Thank you for reading my article, I hope it inspires you. For those kdrama lovers out there, I highly recommend this kdrama. Worth to watch ❤

... feel free to share your thoughts 😊

True! It's okay not to be okay. You can't be strong enough if you are not vulnerable to shed a tear. I like your article. Hehe. 😊
