It is time to scrap body shaming as beauty is found within and out.  Body shaming is a judgment and comparison of criticizing someone's appearance or even our own.  Several individuals believe that slim bodies are more favorable than larger bodies in health and fitness.  Peer pressure has a range of severe mental health implications as body-shaming continues.  It often results in discomfort, which leads to distress and anxiety.

From this basis of judgment, discrimination, and inequality stem.  Living in a diverse culture requires perceiving interpretation of defining statements and opinions.  A person’s weight and size are the basis of discrimination, resulting in inappropriate and disrespectful words.  Body shaming is wrong, and it urgently needs to stop now.  Many people worldwide are working to end body shaming and break uneven stereotype discrimination through social media platforms.

The body's physical appearance makes one confident.  I get to receive harsh comments about my body, but I took it as fuel to see myself differently.  To fully accept one's appearance is a journey towards helping we do well and be good.  Boost your body image and focus on what you can do to lessen your insecurities by taking care of yourself, eating healthy foods, and investing more in building a better habit.  Be aware of what makes your body unique and find positivity in how hard other person tries to keep their body on track.

Beauty does not convey the meaning of perfection but rather deals with flaws and transforms them into perfection.  “Nobody is perfect” is a phrase I get to hear every day.  Everyone desires to be liked and appreciated because satisfaction and assurance somehow prove how other people see us.  Body shaming must begin by accepting my flaws and finding beautiful things in every way.  To value and understand other people, I must learn to take good care of myself and take things easier regardless of how I look.

It may seem inevitable, but workable by expanding opportunities without affecting physicality.  Promoting acceptance and appreciation of body shape and diversity, focusing on health rather than size or weight, and valuing the human body is better than looking down on someone.  Body shaming does not fix anything.  Tolerating these actions and words brings no good to someone.   Being labeled wrong by society does not summarize the uniqueness of a person.  The appearance, shape, size, and skin color of an individual do not reflect your being.  True beauty and kindness reflect an incredible personality that shines inside and out.
