Water. Water is very important to all beings. We humans are about 80% made up of water. In order to live, we must drink water. But what kind of water? Does the water we drink do us more harm than good? I recently made the best investment of my life. But more on that at the end of the post. Dr. Walker was one of the most significant physicians and nutritionists in the United States engaged in research in the field of healthy eating for the benefit of human health. When a person has a heart attack we think of arteriosclerosis. But what makes the veins clogged? Metabolic residues and in most cases - minerals from WATER. What happens to minerals in water? As soon as the fluid reaches the liver, it is filtered out of everything contained in it with the exception of hydrogen and oxygen which make up pure water. Pure water is one that consists only of hydrogen and oxygen. It is the only water that the blood and lymph can use in their work. Blood and lymph need CLEAN WATER for their work. Distilled water is the purest water that exists. Natural water would be spring water as well as tap water. This water, however, is contaminated with minerals originating from contact with soil, soil, rocks and aqueducts. You will often come across claims that we need minerals from water. But this is not true. There is a difference between minerals from the soil and minerals in our body. These in the soil are "dead" minerals. They have no life force. Every tiny microscopic cell in our body is a set of mineral atoms of life.

The type, quality and quantity of minerals are different in each group of cells, according to the functions and tasks of individual cells. Our cells need food that does not lead to clogging and sediment formation. Cells must be supplied with food that contains minerals. They need them to be able to fulfill their tasks. Minerals that cells cannot utilize interfere with the functions of that cell. Minerals that are larger than colloidal particles clog cells! Minerals from natural water are too large, too coarse and have no life force. They are INORGANIC quality and unsuitable for cell needs. As a result, the cells remove them from themselves, which over time creates large accumulations of minerals that are essentially waste. But waste that can cost you your head. Distilled water flushes accumulated inorganic minerals from the body. It possesses the ability of a magnet. It takes the accumulated minerals and sends them to the kidneys with the help of blood and lymph, through which they are excreted from the body. So, the claim that distilled water washes metals out of the body is not true. It does not wash away metals that are usable, only deposits and waste. The power of natural juices - vegetable juice obtained from carrots, beets and cucumbers is a wonderful kidney cleanser. Fresh fruit and vegetable juices are LIVING WATER. They contain minerals in a miraculous balance, in harmony, just as they are needed to feed cells. Inside the fruits and vegetables is DISTILLED water distilled by nature itself. Now we come to my investment. In order to be able to properly nourish the body and prevent diseases or recover from them, we need LIVING WATER and large amounts of squeezed fruits and vegetables. It is an investment in old age and the key to longevity. And to have living water at home, we need help because we live “acceleration” and squeezing juices on strainers from dawn to dusk is not an option. So I ironed the Diners and bought Vervita's water distiller and Kuving's Elite cold-pressed juicer. At 12 months of war about 600 hrk per month. Expensive? At all. Spa is more expensive after heart or brain, if you survive at all. They arrived to me today and the whole house is already on distilled water. I also made a few liters of juice from apples, oranges, beets, carrots, blueberries with the addition of honey, vitamin C and spirulina. The children drank about 2 liters. It only took me 10 minutes to get a miraculous juice that is both healthy and delicious. The juicer will pay for itself because the savings are on fruits and vegetables. Squeeze every drop literally. Invest in HEALTH. Both their own and their families. Fruit heals. Vegetables heal. And Natural Medicine is the only medicine that cares about human health instead of money and creating lifelong patients. Hydration How much water do you drink per day? How many squeezed juices do you drink a day and how much fruit do you eat? These questions can help you see if you are dehydrated or not. Water (lat. Aqua, grc. Hídor), is needed by every living being. Chemically, water consists of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom, so its chemical formula is well known - H2O. Water has no calories, so it is not an energy source. It is colorless. The largest part of our body is - water. But the water content is different at different ages and different for the sexes. Water makes up about 72% (of fat free) of body weight, which means that a man weighing 70 kg has about 45 liters of water, and a woman of the same weight slightly less. Of those 45 liters, about 30 liters are liquid in the cells, and 15 liters are water outside the cells. The liquid part of the blood, the blood plasma, accounts for about a fifth of those 15 liters, ie 3 liters. One of the reasons you want to stay hydrated is that if you reach a certain level of dehydration, blood may thicken. Once you develop thick blood, your heart becomes much more demanding to draw fresh, pure blood from the liver. The heart may also have greater difficulty in providing the brain and other organs with adequate blood and oxygen. Over time, this continuous effort can wear out the heart prematurely. In addition, thick blood is responsible for many health problems, including stroke, transient ischemic attack, heart attack, liver problems, kidney problems, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. The risk of cancer is significantly higher for people with thick blood because less oxygen circulates through the body, making it difficult to detoxify the body. As someone with thick blood ages, the risk of many health problems increases. A person with thick blood may not take advantage of a detox protocol or exercise routine because thick blood makes it difficult for the body to flush out toxins. These hidden problems can easily lead to a stroke or heart attack even in a sports-minded individual. Conversely, someone who does not seem unusually capable, but manages to keep their blood flowing and hydrated with a positive life choice, is unlikely to suffer from health problems associated with thick blood. Some people are born into the world with thick blood, while others develop it throughout their lifetime. As a man’s body becomes more dehydrated, his blood will continue to thicken. Although a high-fat diet has become increasingly trendy, it does not provide your body with the hydration it needs to progress. If you follow a high-protein diet, you are likely to consume plenty of fats in the form of animal products and / or vegetable fats. By eating this way, you can quickly become dehydrated and start producing thick blood. Any hydration you receive during such a diet will not be able to counteract the effects of a high protein diet. Reduce your intake of fats and proteins from animal and plant sources to prevent chronic dehydration. Various bugs, such as the Epstein-Barr virus, can thrive better and create problems in the body that suffer from chronic dehydration and thick blood. If you are struggling with conditions like Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, or MS, it is vital that you stay as hydrated as possible. Do you drink coffee, artificial juices or wine? Some people drink all of the above on a daily basis, and that too has become normal in many cultures. Unfortunately, over time, this pattern can cause someone serious dehydration and a range of related health problems. Even if you drink a little water between soy latte and night espresso, your body is likely to suffer from dehydration. Even if you drink only one cup of coffee each morning and fill the rest of the day with glasses of water and a moisturizing smoothie meal, you are still likely to be dehydrated and may be on the verge of forming thick blood. If you indulge in occasional dehydrating beverages like coffee, alcoholic beverages, or iced coffee, be sure to take extra steps to stay hydrated with other food and beverage choices. It is easy to come across high levels of salt in the foods and meals you consume every day. Unfortunately, salt that is lightly sprinkled on dishes in restaurants or packaged foods is not the salt your body needs. Adequate sodium levels in the body are critical, and sources of that sodium can be found in foods rich in mineral salts, such as celery and spinach. Unlike refined salt, this food provides your body with sodium that promotes health and does not dehydrate your system. Eating food that is exclusively cooked can dehydrate people. Cooked food forces your body to extract fluid from various organs and cells to help break them down. This does not mean that cooked food is bad, but it is useful to balance cooked food with raw fruits and vegetables. Try to find a ratio of raw and cooked food that is good for you and your body. If you suffer from anxiety, panic or depression, it is critical to stay hydrated. If your body is dehydrated and your blood thickens, all three of these problems can get worse. If you suffer from any neurological problem or are under a lot of stress, hydration is critical and can really help you heal. If you suffer from chronic dehydration for a long time, gallstones may begin to form in your gallbladder. A high-protein diet and the removal of fresh fruit can also contribute to the formation of gallstones. Unfortunately, you may not even be aware of gallstone problems until you are forced to remove your gallbladder in the mid-1950s. Prevent this by including plenty of fruit in your diet. Unlike high-protein diets, which allow gallstones to accumulate in the gallbladder, a diet loaded with fresh fruits, leafy greens and vegetables can help break down and dissolve any gallstones that form. If you enjoy animal protein, but want to avoid the formation of gallstones, you can easily lower animal protein by increasing fruits, leafy greens and vegetables in your diet. If you already have gallstones and are creating problems, it is best to remove all animal proteins until the problem is resolved. When it comes to hydration, most people know how to reach for water, but make sure it’s quality water. If there are traces of chlorine in the water, it can be extremely dehydrating. Here are some great ways to hydrate: Cucumber juice. Cucumber juice thins the blood, which supports your heart and the energy it expends. Water with lemon. Squeeze a lemon in 0.5 dcl of high quality water once, twice, three or four times a day. Add fresh lemon juice, raw salads and herbal teas to boost hydration. Coconut water, even pasteurized, can hydrate the body. Hot herbal tea does not hydrate, but it does not dehydrate like other drinks and has a multitude of healing benefits. Tea can be hydrating if you make it by putting fresh leaves of the plant, such as peppers or lemons, in a jar of water, and leaving it on the work surface to rain for about 6 hours. After that you can put it in the fridge and drink a moisturizing drink whenever you want! Black tea, green tea and Earl Gray tea are dehydrating, so it is best to limit them. Even if you have entered this world with chronic dehydration, it is a miraculous truth that you can cure chronic dehydration by taking small, manageable steps. Something as simple as a glass of water with lemon is a great start. It takes time and dedication to healing practices to compensate for years of chronic dehydration, but it is definitely possible and worth your health and vitality.
