Your core beliefs are a set of rules you have about yourself and how you want to live your life. Happiness, success or wealth may also be on this list. Write down the values and beliefs you would like to have in your life without any limitations. Decide what is important to you and what is essential. Make a long list and create the new you by incorporating everything on the list into your life.

When you take time for yourself, your whole world literally starts to change. Why? Because your mind has the time it needs to heal and overcome everything that has happened and to think about what it wants to happen next. Taking time for yourself allows you to think, learn, grow, challenge yourself, question your beliefs, plan your future.

By making a habit of taking time for yourself, you can train your mind in any direction you wish. As long as you listen to it, understand it, recognize its needs. Give yourself the time you need to discover what is right and what is wrong.
