For many people, these public servants are Angels for others a real Heroes but the truth is that they are one of the most essential professionals in the world, people who go out every day to risk their lives to save others, their work is one of the most difficult, however very little is known about the origin of the Firefighters. ¿How did this incredible and valuable profession come about?
According to historical studies the first firefighters emerged in Ancient Rome, in the year 22 BC, under the mandate of Caesar Augustus who organized these men (slaves), responsible for extinguishing the fires that arose in imposing Rome, these had the name of "vigili del fuoco" translated is equal to "Fire Watchers". With the fall of the Emperor, this task was eliminated, and the inhabitants themselves had to fight with the fire.

Our Worst Enemy - Insecurities

The Social Environment and its Influence
Nowadays, few people talk about the importance of being born and growing up in a healthy and positive environment. Many children have had to grow up in toxic environments, full of violence, hatred, ignorance, and lack of values.
Our environment influences us more than we think or imagine in our lives, way of thinking and acting, if we grow up in an environment where we only hear toxic, negative phrases, insults, we will probably be like those crooked trees that grow without form, empty, dry, that does not bear fruit, because unfortunately, the words have more power than a weapon. If today you are in an environment like this, I suggest you look for ways out, I suggest you ignore what you hear or see and understand that there is something better than the life you have today, do not stay locked in that world of hatred, violence, abuse, you are better than that, you can have much better things than what you are seeing, everything passes, even the worst storms, we just have to endure a little.

Many times in life we limit ourselves to achieve, do or look for what we want, what we long for, what we like, out of fear or maybe conformism, however, things do not always happen as we think or want, and by not taking risks we lose more than we think, it is time to be risky, to avoid conformism, to see beyond our noses, life is short friends, I tell you, I spent some time of my life with fear, limited, and because of that I lost many good opportunities that maybe would have helped me to change my life, nothing is certain in this world, everything changes, everything happens, however when we stand firm we can achieve that desired change, avoid being left with nothing, nice night.

Hello dear readers, for personal reasons, I could not return to write an article here, however, I decided to return with such an important topic, because it is something that I managed to live in these weeks of problems, I hope you are very well and enjoy the article.
Humility is a quality that implies detachment to material things and helping others. For that reason, it is one of the most valuable qualities a person can have, and a very important virtue when it comes to living in society. A humble person is capable of demonstrating modesty and puts aside self to care for others. A humble person is not selfish or self-centered, does not focus on his or her person and achievements, nor does he or she seek to stand out from others. In this way his actions are objective and he does not allow himself to be carried away by the subjective.

Some people confuse humility with social status; being humble is not synonymous with poverty, however many associates it. In recent years we have seen a society concerned only with material things; people who only think about themselves, who no matter who they hurt do not stop to get what they have set out to achieve; and the most worrying thing is that it happens between siblings, partners, neighbors and even those who claim to be best friends. As it was said at the beginning, humility is a quality that very few know and practice; whoever is humble knows his limitations and weaknesses. He is capable of downplaying his achievements and recognizing his faults and mistakes. Humility is not alone, it is accompanied by the nobility because being humble and noble is one of the most beautiful qualities that make the human being a unique and special being.
And it is that we can recognize a humble behavior of any individual, and you may wonder: **¿What are those behaviors?**.
**When we recognize the people, who at some point helped us in our lives, and we are grateful to them, for having given us their support.**
**Admitting when we are wrong when we make a mistake, and even when we lose, we cannot go through life thinking that we are superior to everyone and that we can always win, no matter what.**
There is nothing more beautiful in life than to learn, to acquire knowledge daily, but not only to keep that information, but also to share it, to help those people around us, and encourage them to study, to transmit everything we know.
