Good morning Community, we started a new week with a very interesting topic, which will lead us to the reflection, and we only hope that after reading this post, you feel that you obtained a very significant learning. Many times we may ask ourselves: What are the Values, and what is their importance, therefore we will develop in an explicit and concise way each topic mentioned.

Values are those virtues or qualities that characterize us as human beings, we must clarify, all values are positive for our progress, when we begin to put into practice the values we have, we are becoming better people, these help us choose one way or another in different situations, it is worth noting that not everyone has the same values, and is that these vary, depending on the culture, education and training of each individual, and also values can be changing over the course of life, depending on the experiences lived. Values define our thoughts and behavior, and play a fundamental role in expressing our feelings. We all have a set of values, which guide us and help us make the best decisions in life, whether for our personal well-being or that of the people around us.

There are many values, but we decided to select those that we consider to make us better human beings, that influence our development in a personal and professional way, but also those that are very helpful to us at the time of coming into contact with the world. We must take into account that values come from home, obviously they are reinforced at school, but if a child at home sees anti-values, even if he is taught in other places that it is wrong, It will be difficult to change that, a very negative anti-value is selfishness, not being able to help those who need us, and it happens a lot in the world, and more in these times of pandemic, we see how dozens of people were left in extreme poverty, and beg for help, and rarely do we see someone reaching out to them, and like that many cases, but let's not deviate from the theme, let's go with the values that make us great human beings:

Sensitivity - One of the values that is most needed today is this, when we put this value into practice, we begin to understand the world, to put ourselves in other people's shoes, to fight against empathy, to understand the world's problems, and to try to find strategies to solve those problems that we can solve in the short or long term, to give a helping hand to that individual who needs to be helped.

Humility - This is a very contradictory value, because people give it a bad concept, many consider that to be humble is to dress without so many luxuries, or not to eat in abundance, they take everything to the material, but they forget that to be humble, is to learn from our mistakes, is to accept when we fail, is to accept that we are not perfect, and that we are not better than anyone else, to be humble is to understand that every day is a new experience, and a way to be better people.

Responsibility - Without a doubt, being responsible is something necessary in order to achieve and fulfill each objective. When you take life with a lot of responsibility, you will be able to achieve everything you set out to do, no matter how many obstacles and limitations appear.

Gratitude - We cannot walk through life without being grateful, with the universe, with the people who at some time helped us, with our parents who brought us to this world, with life itself for allowing us another day to achieve what we set out to do, we must be grateful for what we have, it is very simple to put it into practice, every day when we get up we are grateful to life, and you will see how everything changes, how the negative gets away.

There are other values equally important, but we do not want to make this post so extensive, so we decided to talk about those we consider very important, and make us great human beings, as you will understand, values are part of our identity, and define us, there are many examples, of people with the best education in the world, but with more anti-values than values, and it is also the case, of very humble people, with all the values of the world, that is why we reiterate, this comes from home, it is not about money, nor that you study so much, because it is not worth having many diplomas, if you do not enjoy good values, Imagine if we all had more anti-values, if we behaved as we wanted, and did not think about what is right or wrong, the world would be in chaos, although now it seems that it is, believe me it would be worse, that's why we have to start talking about Values, about their importance, and more in the new generations, we are at times to change the world, so we decided to bring this post, to reflect, to educate ourselves in values, we are on time, we hope you liked it, this reading, and as always, we look forward to your comments, tell us your views on this interesting topic.
