Good morning dear Community, we begin this new day, with a reflection dedicated to the Age, we see necessary to bring it, because sometimes we think that when we reach a certain number of years we can no longer do anything, and everything is limited to wait for the "death", however life is not about how young or old you are, to feel young is not necessary to be 18 years old, on the contrary you are young by the attitude, by the way of thinking and seeing life, we hope you enjoy this little reflection and tell us what do you think of the ages?.

We begin this publication with this phrase because we want to reflect on the chronological age of people, which by the way the chronological age may not coincide with our biological age. Some authors describe it as: the time of existence of people, from their birth, until they cease to exist. We agree with the authors; but we have elaborated a definition that points out the following; age should not be characterized by the years of life that a person has, because age is only a number, what really matters is the attitude with which we live.

We have known people who being very young have a negative attitude towards the circumstances that are presented in life; or others who even being older behave like teenagers, it all comes down to the age you feel you have, the years necessary to express what you think, recognize mistakes and rectify, without fear of failure or the unknown. Consequently, age should not determine how we live the rest of our lives. Sometimes we think that when we reach a certain age, we can no longer do the same activities as individuals younger than us, and we have to understand that we are quite wrong, there are so many stories of people who forgot how old they were, and focused their energies on making their dreams come true, and the most incredible thing is that they succeeded, all thanks to their perseverance, dedication, security, confidence and self-esteem, believed in them, trusted them, and obtained their triumphs, such is the case of:

Harland Sanders "Colonel Sanders" - Despite having had a rather complicated youth, full of problems, at the age of 62, he managed to make his dream come true, owning a franchise in 1952, which today is still present in many countries around the world, the famous Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC).

Henry Ford - Most of us know the story of this great visionary and entrepreneur, however, his success was achieved at the age of 45, when he presented to the world his Ford Model T, which revolutionized the automobile market. Age and his limitations did not prevent him from achieving his dream.

Anna Mary Robertson Moses - One of the most fascinating stories that show us that there are no limits that keep us away from our dreams or goals, is that of this great woman, better known as "Grandma Mose", who decided to realize her dream as a painter, at the age of 78, achieving in 2006, to sell one of her works, in 1.2 million dollars.

And just like them, there are many more, who regardless of their age, limitations, problems, managed to realize what they set out, thanks to their energy, their perseverance, their aspirations, motivation and dedication, it is not that when you are young you can eat the world, and when you're past 40 or 50 years old you can't. It's about eating the world no matter how old you are, It is about eating the world no matter how old you are, if you feel young, the rest is unnecessary, let's start living life, to fight for what we want, let's forget those numbers that every year are increasing, let's think that every year, our experience increases, and our desire to live the same.
