How to cook

Step 1

Freeze the butter well beforehand. Hard boil the eggs, peel, separate the whites from the yolks. Set aside the yolks, and grate the whites, apple, onion, cheese and butter on a coarse grater. Disassemble the salmon into thin petals.

Step 2

Place in portioned glasses in layers of protein, mayonnaise, cheese, butter, onion, mayonnaise, apple, salmon and so on in reverse order. Grate the yolks on top on a fine grater and serve.

Ingredients - 6 servings:

Butter - 50 g

Chicken eggs - 6 pcs.

Apples are green - 1 PC.

White onion - 1 PC.

Semi-hard cheese - 150 g

Hot smoked salmon - 200 g

Mayonnaise - 250 g
