Stop calling yourself a loser, or you will become one
Self-esteem is crucial to the way the world perceives us. If you feel that you are not good enough and doubt your abilities, you act less confidently, and you are more prone to mistakes. Fearing doing something wrong at every step keeps your mind busy and splits your attention into what your emotions are dictating and your actual task. Well, guess what? You will certainly perform worse doing two things at once than just focusing on one activity at a time. Of course, this is easier said than done. A streak of unsatisfactory performance (which, by the way, is often imaginary) sets up your mindset in the direction that you are not good enough, that others are more skilled and talented. Therefore, you are a loser.
