exercise ,fitness and health should be observed and checked regularly so that the body can continuously benefit from being of sound health ,to begin with exercises are very beneficial to the body as those who exercise regularly benefit through release of hormones such as adrenaline which causes increased heart beat and therefore blood supply to the muscles and in so doing the high blood supply to the muscles increase contraction and relaxation of body muscles therefore causing stretching of muscle ,this generates heat and therefore the organism sweats as the skin pores open up ,after this the body becomes relaxed again as the sweat creates a cooking effect and therefore relaxation ,the more fit you are the more healthy you are ,fitness is a state were one can continuously undergo a variety of exercise without tiring quickly most ppl who engage in exercises become fit with continued exercising ,Heath is not only a state ofgood body health,but combination of mental ,and also other area of life such financial will affect the health of an individual,
