I have this gratitude alarm where l remind myself to think of things to be thankful for 3 times a day. It's made me more calm & content. But that also meant fewer posts here because l was too content to post content... Maybe l should set some noise cash alarms now, as well.

But you will not be content until your content is spread across the continent? Ugh ..... this reminds me of those silly buffalos, who Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo, etc. No wonder the pioneers out west shot them!
