POMODORO Technique This technique will assist us in managing our time on a daily basis or while working. This method acts as a timer for all tasks that must be completed within a day or several hours. We can gain more benefits by using the this technique because it allows us to accomplish multiple tasks, improve our time management skills, and train us to be more effective and efficient people. However, we must first determine what the POMODORO technique is. **What is POMODORO TECHNIQUE?** According to what I've read, Francesco Cirillo, a university student at the time, created the Pomodoro Technique in the late 1980s. Back then, Cirillo was having a hard time doing his assignments. So, he asked himself that he has to make a move to to complete all his assignments. He decided by committing to only 10 minutes of studying for him to be focused because as I say, he was feeling overwhelmed. At the moment he encouraged by the challenge, this was the day he discovered a tomato-shaped kitchen timer (pomodoro in Italian) and the Pomodoro technique was born. This technique will serve as a guide for anyone who uses it to increase their productivity and accuracy when performing tasks. It also aims to give the user highest focus and creative quality, allowing them to finish tasks more quickly and with less mental exhaustion. How does this work? According to Cirillo's book, the method was simple, but you must be consistent in order to complete more tasks. The methods will be as follows: Make a to-do list and set a timer to keep track of your progress. You divided your time into short increments for each task and took breaks at regular intervals each day. Set your timer for 25 minutes and try to focus on a single task until the timer goes off. After the alarm rings, take a five-minute break. A "***pomodoro***," named after the Italian word for tomato, denotes a 25-minute work period. The method's name comes from Francesco Cirillo's personal pomodoro timer, which was shaped like a tomato. You mark each Pomodoro as you complete it with your progress and the number of times you accomplished it. After four pomodoro work session, you then take a longer break of 15-30 minutes. Furthermore, while the 25-minute work period is the primary method, there are three rules to follow when practicing the POMODORO technique in order to get the most out of each interval. **Complex projects should be broken down.** If a task takes *more than four pomodoros* to complete, it should be broken down into smaller, more manageable parts. If you follow this rule, you'll be able to make rapid progress on your tasks. **Combination of smaller task.** Any tasks that will take *less than one Pomodoro* should be grouped together with other easy tasks. **A timer must ring once pomodoro has been set.** The pomodoro is a time unit that cannot be divided, especially not to check incoming emails, group chats, or text messages. Any creative ideas, tasks, or requests should be written down and revisited later. We can also use a planner application for our to-do list, or we can write it down in our planner book, or on a sticky note in our phones and laptops, to remind us that we need to complete the next task. The POMODORO technique was highly effective and life-changing. It is a time management technique that serves as a reminder and a planner because it also assists us in improving our planning skills. By listing our to-do list and planning how to complete them one at a time, we can reduce procrastination. We all know that procrastination is a habit that we can't seem to break because we truly experience it. One of the reasons we procrastinate is because of the temptation we face from the gadgets we use. We spend several hours to browsing and watching videos on social media apps like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and even Tiktok. As a result, the time spent on social media apps has been fully consumed, and the things or tasks that you should be doing have been postponed until the next day. "Bukas ko na lang gagawin 'to", a Filipino once said. Lol! The good thing about this technique is that we can use it by accepting the fact that technology is now a part of our lives, so we can use gadgets when the timer rings when we're doing pomodoros—the five-minute break—or after four pomodoros—the 15-30 minute break. We can now spend our break time browsing social media apps, then return to our work time, reducing procrastination. The POMODORO Technique is beneficial to everyone, particularly office workers. I hope you learn something new and improve your time management skills so you don't waste it. Because completing a single task ahead of time gives you the satisfaction and happiness of knowing that you completed your work effectively and efficiently. *Always remember that Time is Gold, so stop wasting your time for nothing.* Lead Image from Pexels. https://www.pexels.com/ *Thank you for taking the time to read this far, and thanks on reaching the end. Anyone CAN COOK! After re-watching the 2007 film "RATATOUILLE," I was inspired by how Mr. Auguste Gusteau, the movie's famous Parisian chef, inspired Remy, a rat who has a dream of becoming a great French chef despite his family's wishes and the obvious problem of being a rat in a decidedly rodent-phobic profession. His passion for cooking led him to Linguini. Linguini was a young boy who aspired to be a great chef, but he lacked the necessary culinary skills. Linguini went to the famous restaurant to apply for a job after Gusteau's death, but the head chef made him a garbage boy. In Remy's point of view, Gusteau led him to his famous restaurant because he loves cooking, which is why Gusteau encouraged him to cook and told him that this was his chance to show what he had. Linguini, on the other hand, moved the soup and it leaked, and it was being prepared by other chefs, so he added some spices to fix the problem, but the taste was bad. So now is Remy's chance to show off his culinary skills. To make the soup taste better, he added some spices. Linguini witnessed what he was doing and decided to make Remy his partner. Linguini was promoted to chef after serving as a garbage boy. So, this is the start of Linguini and Remy's cooking show in this film. I know some of us have finished watching Ratatouille, but for those who aren't familiar with the film, I'll skip over some of the plot points so you don't get spoiled. This film was highly recommended because it emphasized moral values such as pursuing one's dreams, maintaining strong family ties, prioritizing friendship over popularity, and unconditional love. Remy, on the other hand, should obey his father's orders because he is a rat, but Remy has a dream, he wants to be a great chef, and he has a talent that he can use. *Forget about the rat,* ***because if you have a dream and no one believes in you or supports your dream, remember that you have yourself. Believe in yourself so that you can keep striving toward your goals and dreams even if others don't. Always trust the process that you can make it, and by following the step-by-step process, you will be surprised that you have already accomplished it. :)*** Everyone begins with nothing. Linguini believes he lacks talent because he cannot perform better in the kitchen. He wants to cook, but every time he attempts it, he fails. In some cases, many of them have the same case in Linguini, where they believe they have no any talents because they have always failed. To tell you the truth, I'm one of them. I didn't think I had any talents at first, especially when it came to cooking. My parents were great cooks, as was Linguini's father, Mr. Gusteau, yes you read that correctly! Linguini is Gusteau's biological son in the film, which is why the head chef didn't believe in him because he didn't perform as well as his father. And that is one of the reasons I wrote this, because I am similar to Linguini. I admitted at the time that I am not a good cook. They even said to me, "Your parents are great cooks, but look at you, you know nothing at all." I was discouraged by what they said, but ***you will never be discouraged if you use them as inspiration***. They will never stand in your way of creating something incredible. Allow no one to bring you down by saying hurtful things to you; if they do, your eagerness to do your profession will make it happen. First and foremost, remain true to yourself. Allow yourself to be a learner, a beginner, so you can begin by persuading yourself that you can do it, that you can cook despite your lack of talent or skills. ***Everything is possible if you practice.*** I start watching cooking videos in which they teach their viewers how to cook properly, including how to use different measurements, what tools and equipment to use from the smallest to the largest, and even what to wear. By allowing myself to be a learner, I am able to put what I've learned into practice when it comes to cooking. That is why I'm here telling you that **ANYONE CAN COOK**, and because I can cook any dishes right now and I was the one who cooks in our house. Always remember that **"Anyone can cook, but only the fearless can be great."** -Mr. Auguste Gusteau Lead Image from Pexels. https://www.pexels.com/ *Thank you for taking the time to read this far, and thanks on reaching the end. It'll be a busy days-Part 2 This is the continuation of the previous article I published yesterday. `March 28, 2022` My older sister decided to return to Manila because she needed to work there. I woke up in the morning to find breakfast on the table. She prepared an egg omelet, fried bananas, and fried rice. My mother had gone to our store, and we were the only ones who remained in the house, including my father. We ate and talked for a while, and then I washed all the plates. My sister was preparing her belongings or the *pasalubong* that she was going to bring back to Manila, such as fresh vegetables, fruits, foods, snacks, and other dry goods. I asked her if she could carry it all, and she said she was going to take a taxi so she wouldn't have to carry all her luggage, so I was relieved. Because back then, when I returned to Manila, I had to carry all of my heavy luggage to my aunt's house by foot because I didn't want to spend money just to ride a taxi because it was too expensive. When I mentioned that to my sister, she told me that next time I must ride a taxi for me not to carry those heavy baggage. My sister told us that she wanted us to accompany her to SM Tarlac in the afternoon to wait for the bus that would take her all the way to Manila. We arrived at 3 p.m., so my sister told me she'd treat us first before leaving. She sends us to a well-known café where we can enjoy the cozy atmosphere as well as the refreshing drinks on offer. We're delighted because it was our first time in our lives to visit an expensive store, especially for my parents. We were finished after a few minutes and decided to proceed to the bus station to await the arrival of the bus. After a few minutes of waiting, the bus arrived, and we accompanied my sister to the bus station, where we said our goodbyes with a warm hug. Then, on our way home, we stopped by the mini plaza to pick up some *ihaw-ihaw* for dinner. `March 29, 2022` It's just another day for us. I woke up, cleansed my face and teeth, drank water, and ate my breakfast. After that, I used my phone to check my social media accounts and watch some Tiktok videos. Then I got a phone call from him, which I answered and had a long conversation with. He informed me that her niece was celebrating a birthday today, so he invited me and stated that he would pick me up by 3 p.m. I end the call so I can go about my daily routine in our house, which includes doing household chores and so on. We're heading back to their house now that he's arrived. I was shy because there were a lot of people there, especially children, who were celebrating his niece's third birthday. She looked lovely in her Snow White dress, and I think she's adorable as the little Snow White. Then, before we begin our *chikahan*, we eat first. Then, in order to avoid boredom, we play *Uno cards*. After a few minutes, I made up my mind and told him that he should take me to our house as soon as possible because my mother would be upset if I didn't. `March 30, 2022` Yesterday, I followed the same routine in the morning, and when afternoon rolled around, I began typing my previously published article. When I was finally finished with it, I posted it to Read Cash and Noise. I was absolutely delighted that some of us enjoyed my article and took some time to read it. I would like to thank each and every one of you for taking the time to read it. When the evening arrives, I use Google Meet to attend our Bible study and meet our relatives as well as our Pastor, who will lead us in the study. We share the words of God with everyone in Gmeet after we worship. Following that, we gathered all of the prayer requests, which I prayed prior to the closing prayer. Then we said our goodbyes and goodnights to each other so that we could rest and prepare for the next day. **That was for today! Hope that you will always take time to rest for you to forget the rest:)** *Thank you for taking the time to read this far, and thanks on reaching the end. It'll be a busy days-Part 1 `March 23, 2022` Due to the changed enrollment, I had to get up early that day. They only give an hour for every year level and courses just to enroll online. To avoid system errors during enrollment, we have different time and date schedules. Our schedule is on March 23, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. I eat breakfast first and clean our house while waiting for the system to open up. I log into my SIS account in our school system and enter my username and password when the time comes. *There's a reason I'm early in our system; I was one of the students who had a problem with enrollment last semester, and I couldn't enroll in some of my subjects, and the academic year and section were incorrect. As a result, I was late at the time when all of my classmates were officially enrolled but I was not. I was afraid it would happen again; I was nervous at the time, and because I live in the province, no one will be able to organize my papers at my school.* After a few moments, I selected all of the subjects and set a time and date for enrollment. In our branch, I checked my section, academic year, and initials. After that, I was officially enrolled, and I downloaded my Certificate of Registration as evidence of my complete registration. `March 25, 2022` Due to some preparations and the celebration of our grandfather's birthday on March 27th, I was also absent from here. My aunt tells me that we must be prepared because there will be a large number of visitors on the scheduled date and time. We talked about how we were going to celebrate his birthday, and we decided to do so the day before, on March 26th. For the sake of inviting other relatives, this could be the best time to celebrate. They bought some dry ingredients that we need to put in some dishes on March 25, 2022, so we don't have to go to the store and buy them one at a time. They ordered chairs and tables, as well as a borrowed tent to shade us and reduce the heat from the sun, as well as curtains to add some design to our backyards and some balloons to make it more elegant. We began peeling and cutting dry ingredients such as onions, ginger, and garlic, as well as vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, and potatoes, in the evening. Then we begin decorating the remaining balloons, curtains, garland, and a tarpaulin that will serve as a banner. We finished before midnight so that we could rest and get up early the next day. `March 26, 2022` This is the momentous occasion. As I previously stated, I awoke early and went to the market with my aunt to buy some perishable products such as meats, poultry, fish, dairy products, and so on because if we buy them early, they are more likely to be contaminated by bacteria. Whatever happens, staying healthy is the most important priority. After that, we returned home to begin the process of preparing some freshly prepared meals. Some of my relatives are coming to help us prepare the dishes, and each of us has been assigned a task to complete as quickly as possible. We planned to start the program at lunchtime, so we expect visitors at that time. We were all very busy because we were all helping each other and working on our assigned tasks. Some of our older relatives are preparing the table on which the dishes will be placed, while others are cooking. We, the young ones, are cutting some other ingredients that are not yet clean and cut in the shape that they used to be cut in. We are the *utusan* of our uncles and aunties if they needed help. Time flies, the afternoon arrives, and we begin to prepare for the arrival of our visitors, including some of our relatives. We greet them and instruct them to take a seat first and because we have to pray first, as we did before eating lunch. Then, despite the hot weather, we thank them for coming. We interact or have a conversation with each other after eating because it's been a long time since we've seen each other. Then we take some photos as a memento. `March 27, 2022` Swimming Day! Because it is our grandfather's true birthday, we have decided to go to the resort and relax and swim. We brought snacks and drinks with us so that if we get hungry, we can eat and drink. Nothing happens after that because the process repeats itself: you swim, rest, eat, and swim again. At 6:00 p.m., we returned home. When I lay down in bed, the pain from swimming hit me HAHAHA, and I felt sleepy. That was how we spent the previous days; in the next article, I'll tell you how I spent the following days, which began on March 28. <3 *Thank you for taking the time to read this far, and thanks on reaching the end. I've learned ten important lessons in Office Management Let's start by identifying why Office Management is so important before moving on to the important lessons I've learned. The Office Management is an important part of the overall management process. It aids in increasing office efficiency, ensuring a healthy and safe work environment, maintaining public relations, lowering costs, improving processes, and accepting new challenges, all of which contribute to the organization's success. It is the process of organizing, guiding, communicating, directing, coordinating, and regulating the motivations of a group of people working to achieve business goals in a cost-effective and efficient manner. The contribution of office workers is important to the success of any organization. By now, you should understand why office managers are so crucial. Their responsibilities, on the other hand, are flexible, ever-changing, and essential while occasionally ambiguous. They must also manage an office, as well as the needs and desires of those who work there, which is a difficult and demanding task. The ten important lessons I've learned in office management are listed below: ***First***, office management plays a significant role in every company or organization in terms of maintaining and improving maintenance efficiency and productivity. ***Second,*** allowing all employees to benefit from the three key ways that anyone can influence the workplace environment. This is important mostly for maintaining the functionality of your workplace and for achieving the proper aesthetic design. You can be as creative as you want as long as the ambiance is pleasing and comfortable. Always take a look on the atmosphere in your workplace. As long as you maintain a positive attitude, they will genuinely think you are able to take responsibility and will place their trust in you. ***Third,*** understanding the significance of office management's seven major functions: planning, staffing, directing, communication, controlling, coordination, and motivation. ***Fourth,*** understand how important it is for everyone to have office management skills. They tell me what skills I'm weak at and what skills I'm strong at in this passage. Everyone can use all of these skills in their daily lives as well as in the workplace. ***Fifth,*** keeping safe and secure are the most important things to learn in this lesson because everyone wants to know that once they enter a company, all of the employees will be safe, and all information should be kept confidential. ***Sixth,*** understanding the purpose of office building is important in order to create a healthy working environment and increase efficiency and productivity in the workplace. This is essential for us to understand as we prepare to enter the corporate world in the near future. ***Seventh,*** in order to accommodate all employees, you must choose an office building that accommodates both employees and visitors in order to avoid any negative impressions or disappointments. ***Eighth,*** when choosing an office building, you should consider the building's shape and size, the area's lighting and ventilation, the convenience with which all customers and employees can access certain utilities in the times of emergency, as well as the building's flexibility and costing, as these factors may have an impact on all organizations, particularly in terms of budgeting. ***Ninth,*** you should be aware of the space available for office work when you recognize your office layout. It should be kept out of the hands of top management. Managers should seek advice from the department heads to gain access to the required space. The manager should create a template, which is a model. It is necessary to consider whether the location is properly wired to avoid the risk of short circuits and voltage fluctuations. It is submitted to the various departments after making plans and policies. ***Tenth,*** when it comes to choosing the building's target location, you should first consider whether it is convenient for all customers. It should be accurate with the business's trade. Infrastructure and human resources must be available because they include transportation, communication, and other utilities, as well as all facilities for employees. You should also follow all national and local government laws and regulations. ***"Amateurs sit and wait for inspiration, but the rest of just get up and go to work." -Stephen King*** Thank you for taking the time to read this far, and thanks on reaching the end. How can you become more attractive in a month? Everyone has their own way to become more attractive. This could be your personality, high moral standards, or attitudes that reflect on you, your daily routine that makes you feel confident, such as how you take care of yourself, or your talents or abilities that make you feel powerful. However, every one of us is one of God's most beautiful creations, and because we come from him, no one will ever be able to change that. It all depends on how you handle yourself, particularly your skills, because this could be your most valuable asset in becoming or improving your attractiveness. I wrote this article because I was inspired by some beauty queens. It made me realize that you can be attractive simply by being yourself, but you can also be more attractive in certain ways that will help you boost your self-esteem. You can do so in a variety of ways, such as: **DRINK MORE WATER** The human body is made up of 75% water. As a result, we must drink sufficient amount of water because it aids in the removal of all toxins from our bodies. Minerals and other inorganic compounds, such as calcium, can be found in water. According to *Harvard Medical School**,* drinking water has numerous benefits such as normalizing blood pressure, regulating body temperature, flushing all bacteria or toxins from your bladder, and so on. Staying hydrated means providing your body with enough fluids to perform those things. Drinking plenty of water keeps you hydrated, keeps your body glow, and keeps you from becoming dehydrated. Because dehydration can cause dizziness, low blood pressure, and skin dryness. https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/how-much-water-should-you-drink **HEALTHY EATING** We need to eat more healthy foods like vegetables and fruits if we want to have a good physical body. Many vitamins and minerals are found in vegetables and fruits, which are beneficial to our health. A diet rich in vegetables and fruits can help to reduce some diseases like heart diseases. It also helps to protect our skin from damage because some vegetables and fruits, such as papaya, contain antioxidants. It maintains our bodies' natural radiance. In contrast, eating too much can lead to a variety of diseases that weaken our bodies, so we must avoid eating unhealthy foods such as fast food or other foods and beverages high in sugar. **EXERCISE REGULARLY** Exercise will help you maintain your muscular strength and endurance. It controls blood pressure and blood sugar levels. It reduced the risk of certain diseases while also allowing you to maintain your weight. It keeps your body strong and healthy, and it also allows you to carry items that you couldn't do before. Some exercises may apply to activities that you can share with others so they could apply it to themselves. Being physically fit can make you look younger and more stunning, which can help you be more attractive. **SLEEP 7-8 HOURS** Sleeping is one of the most important things we can do for our bodies. Our bodies require recharging in order to regain strength while sleeping. It helps to boost your immune system if you get enough sleep, and it also helps to prevent diseases such as heart disease, various types of headache such as migraine, or even worse stress, which can also lead to cold and flu. Getting enough sleep will help to reduce the appearance of puffy eyes. Because our eyes are the first thing we notice when we don't get enough sleep. Also, lack of sleep weakens our bodies, causing our skin to become dull and make us appear ten years older. So we must sleep well in order to be focused, to maintain the glowing aura that emanates from you, and to maintain your positive attitude in all areas. **MEDITATING AND READING** Everyone's mental health is very important to our physical well-being. Meditation can help you clear your mind, unwind, strengthen your way of thinking, and increase your level of focus. It also aids in clearing your mind of all the toxins that have entered your life. It gives you peace and wisdom to interact with others in a self-controlled manner. This could be a good idea for thinking about your goals, dreams, problems and how to solve them, or thinking about yourself. Meditation allows you to gain a better understanding of situations that you previously could not handle properly. Furthermore, reading on a regular basis will allow you to gain and enhance your knowledge because it is a great way to stimulate your creativity. The lessons you read can be applied in your life. This could be a huge help in changing your mindset to a more mindful one. You will think wisely for every action and word you have to give or apply for every perspective. Reading can also help you in improving your memorization and professional skills. As a result, when someone approaches you, they will be able to determine how attractive you are based on how you act in front of other people. ***Everyone is completely different from one another. The only thing you need to do is believe in yourself first, because you can be more attractive in your own unique way. That was a simple way for you to help improve yourself while also benefiting your physical health. I hope this was of great help to all of you. If you have something to say, your comments make me happy. Thank you very much! <3*** Yours truly,

Say 'Hello' to our new friend At first, I was the one who invited here, and now I'm the one inviting and encouraging a friend to explore what's beyond on this platform (read.cash). I was excited to be a part of this long journey and interact with others from the moment my friend @immaryandmerry introduced me to this platform. I was so impressed with her that she truly knew her passion, as reflected by her actions and words. As someone who has been inspired by her, I would like to encourage one of my college friend to discover how amazing this platform is. It aids my development in this area by allowing me to improve in various aspects of communication, such as oral and written communication. I would like to introduce to you my friend @Jane_12 first, so that we can all see what a wonderful person she is. I would make a list of her characteristics, including how I met her and the type of friend she is. ****Crazy but a gorgeous one**** I was astonished by her beauty when I first met her. She's absolutely stunning, but her poker face makes you wonder, "Is she mad?" "How can we be friends if she's like a rude person?" So it's not true that first impressions last, because when I spoke with her, she was completely crazy, just like me. I didn't stop just to talk to her because I'm a talkative person. We had our first meeting on campus, and it was application day, with the goal of finding a course that would be a good fit for us. She was shy at first, but once we noticed that we were hungry, we went to canteen and have a conversation and finally, she opened up to us. When I told some jokes, she burst out laughing, which was pretty funny. She will be easy to get along with, and the fact that she is attractive will make things better. She laughs hard, too. She talked a lot, and at times, it sounded like she was a spoiled brat child. Just kidding! When I realized she accepted me as a friend, I finally told myself that being friendly is fine, and being rejected by others is definitely fine, too. So, whoever wants to be my friend, I'll accept it because you don't need a lot of friends in college. You only need a true friend/s who will accept you for who you are. ****Hardworking and Intelligent Person**** She has been very clever in many areas, including any of our subjects, since the beginning of the classes. She is highly intelligent in her analyzation of all of the tasks that we must accomplish, particularly in the subject of Basic Mathematics. She knows how to handle difficult situation and think smartly. When we had projects in our Keyboarding class, we started working as individual, though we helped and supported each other to finish those projects on time. So we decided that I would spend the night at her place. Despite the fact that I am aware of her busy schedule, I assure her that I will assist her in completing her tasks as quickly as possible. Then, she welcomed me into her home and introduced me to her family. In their canteen, we stayed for an hour. She helped her *Nanay* (Mother/Grandmother) in assisting all of the customers who ate in their canteen; she washed all of the dishes, served the food, and was even the cashier. On the other hand, I carefully observe her doings as I begin working on our projects, but I occasionally help her, such as by picking up all of the dirty plates and placing them in the sink. She has a lot of power to complete the projects after a long and exhausting day, and we stay until dawn. I admire her for being such a hard worker; she never gets tired of it because the routine is repeated the next day. ****A supportive, caring, and thoughtful friend**** She always assured me that she could be my crying shoulder when I was having a mental breakdown. She gives me a lot of advice to help me feel better. When I cry while telling her a story, she should cry as well. You have no idea how funny that was! Because we're both laughing and exchanging a lot of jokes or *banat* after that. She's always willing to help and give her best when I need it, including with schoolwork. When you tell her what you want to accomplish, she will push you and act as your manager just to tell you, "You can do it, girl!" '. It's a pleasure for me to be acquainted with her. You've got it! It was nice to have a friend who was always there for each other, through good times and bad times. How to handle negative feedbacks? Negative feedback is displeasing to obtain at work, but if done correctly, it will help you to strengthen your performance, skills, and relationships with our coworkers. Everyone, regardless of how well they do at work, receives negative feedback from time to time. Negative feedback, on the other hand, may be hurt some feelings. It can also lead to feelings of guilt or a sense of not being good enough. Some of our coworkers have attitudes like this that can affect other people's feelings without them realizing it because they say things without thinking. Furthermore, negative feedback can make us irritable, defensive, and self-conscious, which reduces our productivity. It can be discouraging, but it can also help us identify areas where our work can be improved. We must not allow the mentality of our true self to get in the way of our success. Performance reviews are an unavoidable part of the job, and unfortunately, negative feedback does occur on that circumstances. Nobody likes being told they're not doing a good job, but how you respond to the criticism will determine whether you're qualified for the job. Based on my personal experience and what I've learned from reading, here are some ways we may use to handle negative feedbacks to our workplace. Since unclear feedback isn't helpful to every other side, we can ask to clarify some questions. The receiver won't know what to do about it, and the critic won't see the changes they intend. Make sure you grasp the critic's true intent before receiving feedback. If something is confusing, ask questions to clarify what you can do to resolve the problem or enhance your performance. It will be beneficial for the both side because they will know the answer to the question that is vague, and they will be able to assist one another in completing their tasks correctly. Understand that negative feedback isn't meant to be taken personally. You must be forgiving even though the contingency of this is not what you get. Negative feedback that is constructive is about your attitudes or actions rather than who you are as an individual. Negative reviews should not be used to diminish your self-esteem because self-worth is unrelated to the opinions of others. Everyone, on the other hand, has the right to express their thoughts and feelings through words. Perhaps they didn't understand someone in some situations due to a different point of view. People have various perspectives on the same things. This is something we must remember when communicating in order to avoid negative feedback. All we have to do is understand and analyze the other perceptional levels in order to provide good feedback to the person with whom we are conversing. Allow yourself time to process your feelings. When you hear negative feedbacks, it's easy to get emotional. Take a deep breath, stay calm, and keep your emotions in check if your first response is rage or defensiveness. It gives you more knowledge for staying calm because you thought carefully about your response to them and did not let your emotions influence your reaction. Furthermore, though we have transfer skills, we can easily integrate into our work environment, especially with our coworkers, and get along with a new team and be productive as soon as possible. We would possibly maintain good interaction with each other if we have these skills, enabling us to easily complete our tasks. Thus, no one wants to complain. We still want to feel appreciated and realize that our opinions are important and will not be ignored. Don't give them any reason to think otherwise for as long as you can, and take care of your environment when cooperating with honesty and transparency at work. It gives value for everyone to handle the negative feedbacks properly because this is an example that ***no one is perfect.*** Yours truly,
Remembering Kuya(Brother) Mark... Sometimes things happen unexpectedly that we don't want to happen, but we must accept it. We can't accept letting someone go because it causes us so much pain. Maybe it was one of your pets or someone you truly love and has had a special place in your heart since you were a child. When you truly accept it, however, the hardest part isn't letting go; it's learning and accepting it so you can move on and start over. I would like to express my admiration for my brother Mark's kindness and strength. I dedicated this to him because he has such a wonderful life, and it was a great opportunity for me to remember and share with you the beauty of life with our family, friends, and loved ones. Furthermore, he is not my biological brother; rather, he is my cousin, but he was the one who acted as my older brother. We've been getting ready to go to school since then because we went to the same kindergarten. We're not classmates since he's one year ahead of me. After school, we were picked up by our grandfather on his motorcycle and taken home in the afternoon. Then, rather than doing our homework, we went out to play in our backyard. And when our Aunt (who is a teacher at our school) comes home, we splash back to our grandfather's house to pretend to be studying. I and my brother Mark have been so close since then, and we're not far apart because we're in the same range of age. That was the time that all we want to do is to play and do assignments. When I think of those memories, I sometimes wish I could go back to my childhood and capture all of the things we did without giving it a second thought, just to play and play, and to relive those feelings in a few minutes with your friends and my kuya Mark. In contrast, as we grow older, we may notice that our friendships become less close. It's not the way we play; we get along and play even if we don't know each other as children. However, I've noticed that some of our friends have become snobbish and act as if you can't see through them these days. So I have to thank some people who will remember you even if they don't need you; it's just a way of remembering how generous you are. And a special thanks to some platform that can provide access to anyone, including Messenger, for someone who has been unable to contact for a long period of time, and ***Read Cash*** who can gives you a constant friend to help you grow. https://read.cash/ Then he went to grade school on his mother's side of the family, so we couldn't always get along. If I go to see him there and there is an occasion in our family, we can play a little. As time passes, we find ourselves back in the same school when we enter secondary education. I'm a freshman, and he's a sophomore. I notice that he is not who I assume he is because of those who surround him, just as I am. He'll now be goofy, despite the fact that he's a good brother pa rin. He has a lot of friends, so I believe he picked it up from them. I don't mind if he has a lot of friends; I'm just glad he can get along with them. However, I admit that I am still unable to believe that he has made a difference. That's life; we can't force everyone to be who they truly are and act the way we used to. When we finished secondary school, he stayed at our school to continue his education in Senior High, while I went to the city to study. As we got older and closer to reality, we used to constantly message each other about what courses we needed to take in college, what jobs we needed to apply for, and so on. More than anything, Kuya Mark has a lot of ambitions for himself and his family. He graduated from Senior High with honors, proving that he is still our brother in the way we thought he was. Kuya Mark failed to mention that he had been suffering from stomach pains for a few days, so he was rushed to the nearest hospital after our Uncle's funeral. He's declared dead after a brief resuscitation. If he's still alive, he'll be graduating from college with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. And his sister told me before he died that Kuya was active in church, that he surrendered and gave everything to God. I'm so proud of you, Kuya Mark. I believe that you had a great time with God now. I know that there's an answer why you took Him away from us. I want to say that you did a great job. Thank you so much for everything. You will be always in our hearts forever... I will end this with a quote, ***"The comfort of having someone may be taken away, but not that having had one."*** *-Seneca, Philosopher.* Yours truly,
Kaya nila mamuhay ng walang inaasahan na kahit sino man kahit mapalalaki man. *Always believe in yourself, girls. No matter what the world's throwing up to you, you can handle it with all your strength. Always remember that if we, women expected to do the things that men does, we must teach them correctly and equally.* **Happy International Women's Day! <3** Yours truly,

A li'l about me As a student, we are vulnerable to facing lots of challenges that could affect our psychological health. For example, when we are expected to finish a school task and we are expected to be creative and cooperative with our groupmates. We need to consider and respect everyone’s opinion and come up with the best idea to work with. Also, another habit that we should be doing not only as a student but as a human is to respect our professors, our parents, fellow neighbors, and other people who are older than us no matter what the situations are. Simply doing the things that are mentioned above can shape our character into someone who knows how to value and give importance to life in general. One characteristic of mine that I really like is being a cheerful one. For me, to be cheerful means to lessen the loads of our hardships that we are dealing with and to look on the brighter side of our surroundings, beautiful features of life, and smooths over the rough places in the road. I really love to spread good vibes to those people whom I am surrounded with. It doesn’t mean that I don’t have any dilemmas in life, it is just that I know how to properly handle them. I believe that it is really essential to have a positive attitude in facing our daily lives and to encourage others to see and look for the brighter side, always. As much as possible, I am also the type of person who always lets my friends know of their attitude, so that they would know how they are projected by others. Another aspect of my personality that you will recognize is that I am a person who works hard. I realized that as we've gotten older, everything has changed little by little, step by step, and it's driving you insane if you haven't realized all of the changes that have taken place in our lives. I said that because when I'm in junior high, I was just a fat, lazy woman who knew, sometimes, don't know how to spend money and roamed around our area at the time. My mother, on the other hand, ordered me to help them in our store every Sunday, which is not a school day. I was too childish at the time because I was impatient when it came to helping my mother, and I was a stubborn daughter. But, now that we've decided that I'll study in the city, or where my older sister studies, I'm relieved because I won't have to go to the store for a long time every day. But no, it was the total opposite of what I did in our province. Because I begun to understand how difficult life is. I saw my sister working and studying at the same time because you have to work harder if you want to sustain life. My sister has been a great help in teaching me how to live in the city while we are both studying. We help and support one another simply to ensure that we are alive and well. Regardless, our parents will continue to send money to help us in sustaining our current status. I realize how important it is to have extra money in my pocket, to have food, and to have people who help me just to live. I remember walking rather than riding a tricycle in senior high and skipping meals just to keep the last money in my wallet. I'm in extreme pain the entire way from Makati to Taguig because of the long distance I'm walking while carrying a bag full of books. I have to stay strong because I have to work after that. After a long day of work and studying, that was the most fulfilling moment of my life because I was able to rest peacefully for a short time. In such a way that, my expectations become reality, in which you have to work hard to live with changes. All the experiences that I had dealt throughout my entire existence, one of the greatest reasons why I overcame those is my family and friends because just like everybody else’s reason, they guide me well and taught me how to be human, a good human. I will always thank them for teaching me what is right and not because everyone has its own unique characteristics and purpose. I believe that humans are God’s greatest creation and are special.
