It will be interesting to know that stress is a major enemy to you as a person.
This is because it can make a person to outrightly go off balance if given the slightest opportunity.
Some of the things you actually allow to push you into depressions are really not worth it.
But the biggest question is how are you helping yourself out of this painful state?
* You don't just win by tearing yourself apart in thinking and doing a lot of wild things but it's rather achieved by unwavering concentration on the strength available,the strength within and the strength you will obtain.
* Be selective in the list of your concerns by narrowing them to priority. And even at that stage, always go for the more pressing concern. And finally the most presently possible ones.
* Instead of channeling your energy negatively in thinking about your failure and inabilities, think rather on the better possible means. Learn to restrategise and plan again.
* Accept the fact that you cannot do all same day, same period or even same season. Believe that you can try again another time and it's not a bad conclusion on you.
* Don't always expect a perfect outcome that whatever doesn't look like it becomes a serious attack on you mentally. In life most things don't work as expected immediately but they eventually may turn out later.
* Learn to give yourself some reseanable rest. You must not perfect it immediately.
Rest helps to gather you up all-round and prepares you for the next expected task.
I'm aware you are really meant to overcome all that is presently given you concern. So don't be the loser by allowing it to stress you up.
