It was 12 noon when we drove from New York City to Niagara. The body was quite tired after seven hours of continuous travel. But seeing the form of Niagara from a distance, forgetting all the fatigue, the mind tog bag happily. I looked around. Green covered quiet-solitary environment. I look at the sky. Cloudy clear blue sky and white sunshine. In such a dreamy environment I got out of the car. Then I went inside the Niagara USA Visitor Center. There I bought a ticket from the counter and entered through the gate of Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls extends across the US state of New York and the Canadian province of Ontario. The waterfalls of this magnificent waterfall continue to flow into the Niagara River. One-third of Niagara Falls is in the United States. It's called American Falls. The other two are in Canada. It's called Canadian Falls. Its shape is very curved like a horse's hooves. That is why it is also called Horseshoe Falls. Niagara Falls is 18 feet high. Every second, 64,750 cubic feet of water falls into the river from the waterfall. It is the strongest waterfall in North America. Not only is it beautiful, it is also a great source of hydropower generation.
