It is a low entry and high performance currency, absolutely undervalued
Ms. Cherrypinky makes a good point about a beggar needing a smartphone, or at least some way to access the internet. Maybe in the future free internet terminals will exist in major cities?
You'd be surprised to know what beggars have access to. Many of them do have smartphones. For receiving a QR code printed on a cardboard can work too.
