Hi guys,I would like to share the reipe of our famous Cabagan.But first of all i would like to tell you tha mening of Pancit Cabagan.Pancit is is our native saying for thin round noodles.And Cabagan is the Province where is Born.Now Lets Cook here are the ingridients.
Miki Cabagan (noodles of our province)
dark soy sauce
fish sauce
pork broth
MSG
seasonings
Toppings:
Lechon karahay or pork cracklings
igado (combination of pork liver and pork lean then sauted)
Now lets Cook:
heat wok then saute garlic until fragrant
then add some fish sauce and soy sauce sauted for 5seconds then pour in pork broth and add some MSG and sesoning adjust to taste then wait for boiling then if boiling and hot enought put the miki cabagan and wait to boil now if boiling flip the miki cabagan then wait for 10seconds and done if you want to put some vegetables it ok then tranfer to serving plate then garnish the toppins and some onions leaks and scallion to make so aromatic and some chillies..yummy
