Monday Breakfast School time again and before they go I make them cornsilog for breakfast. That's short for corned beef + Sinangag (fried rice) + itlog (egg). I'm also excited because today is Jigz residential trip. I want him to eat good so he will not be hungry for the long journey up the county. Unfortunately, when taking his suitcase to the car the handle won't lift. So I hurriedly changed his suitcase. Putting all the clothes into the other case is easy as I fold the clothes good enough. Good thing we have a spare one. Save me in this unforeseen event. How's your day going? Let's have a cup of coffee for a start!
