I got a Star! I bought Tia some activity books. We only do one page of Math and one page of Spelling at a time, mostly at night when I finish my work and everything. Then after she answers it I give her a sticker reward. She is so happy and clapping her hands, she feels wonderful. That's a good form of encouragement. Then tonight, after her activity she ask if I can cook her prawns because she likes to eat again. That's music to my ears because Tia is not a big eater. And so I cook her favourite prawns. To my surprise, she run and got me a star sticker. She said I'm very good to her. And that I can put it on our door so Daddy can see it too. Also after that, she has this Unicorn toy with a removable heart on it then she hands it over to Lola (Granny). She told her, "Lola I'm giving you this heart so you have another one if someone breaks your heart." Do you know why she said that? Coz sometimes Mom tells Tia, Jigz or even me, "You breaking my heart" as a joke. Lucky Lola! Kids learn from us. What they hear and see. They are fast learners and can already apply what they just learned. I'm still laughing about the heart. I wish that's as easy as that. Lol, I want a spare one, just in case. 😂
