Pressure In Life
Life is so strange. Here goes for sometimes a happy life or sometimes a sorrowful life. Life is not a bed of roses, there have pressures and they are on the increase, and they are here to stay. You may not be able to stem the tide, but you may not have to be swamped by the term stress.
It is realizing that you have a degree of control, have not you? In fact, even though it may not feel like that, it is a step towards developing a greater sense of personal agency and not only surviving but also flourishing. It has seemed that you may not be able to control life pressures, but you maybe prepare yourself and maybe control how you respond to events.
It is fact that pressure is caused by two main factors maybe I am right, one is there are the external demands, challenges, obstacles, and difficulties that are part of the whole life. Though they can be annoying and even problematic managing them successfully helps you grow and develop and shine. If their things go well, the more you do it, the more caring and attentive to your own work, the better you get. It is the experience of a great thing, it helps you learn how to manage demand and what are obstacles you faced, though the pressure does not go away, it can be lessened and you are better able to handle it smartly.
Being a student, there have many pressures in student life. Pressure means not only include headaches, exhaustion, irritability, and sleep deprivation but has been linked to several health issues like chronic stress and stomach ulcers as well, sometimes maybe we get to feel sick because of so much pressure. Students are meant to have 7 to 10 hours of sleep a night, but maximum times it seems there have many pressures and they do their study with so pressure not having a proper sleep. It means they feel too sick and weak for some days or someone can be able to cope with this situation.
A maximum of them have the ability to handle that pressure. When there has more pressure, when we do more and more good work, and when we are able to face all the tasks and pressures so smartly, then one day we shine in life, we can reach our goal and it is the most positive outcome of being pressured in life, I think so, and you?
Life is not a bed of roses, it is filled with good or bad happenings, all we need is the courage to keep us strong.
