Conjugal Life:

There is so much happiness in conjugal life, in fact, it is a blessing for one's life. But, besides these, there are also some problems with conjugal life. You know relationships offer wonderful benefits for well-being, life satisfaction, and stress management, but none are without their challenges, is not it? Really, these issues can put a strain on a couple, but working through them can either strengthen our bond or push them apart, depending on how we handle the challenges we face.

It is the natter of thinkable that working through marriage problems in a healthy way can be so much difficult, especially because stressors can come from many different sources. Here, I am trying to mention some of them which are some of the most common sources of marital stress and marriage problems.

There is the most common problem is the money problem, it is a matter of sadness that the stress of fighting over money constitutes one of the most often cited marriage problems that couples face.

Truly speaking, when the couples engage in conflicts about money, then their dispute is really symbolic of something different power struggles, different values, and needs, different obstacles, and difficulties, different situations arise or other issues that surround money, and are strongly related and dependent with it.

It is the bitter truth that financial stress can actually cause more general stress, more conflict over things unrelated to money, when one problem is solved by money, then another problem started to occur as well as money-centered arguments as well. For instance, when one partner is extremely stressed about money, they may be less patient and more stressed in general, I have experienced seeing some of my relatives and neighbors then pick fights with the other partner about unrelated things without even realizing it, this matter really so sorrowful.

But there have the money problems besides the other problems, but we have to manage it, we have to cope with these unexpected situations, so to solve or minimize this money crisis we should follow these things such as you should think that if finances are causing we stress, the first step is often to take a serious look at our monthly budget. We are well known that there may be opportunities to make adjustments in monthly spending that can help address some aspects of money-related stress, am I not right? Also, to get a clearer picture of our financial situation we should write down our total household income in this way by recording every source of income for our household, and by

tracking how much we spend each month, also it should be the tendency of saving every receipt for a month, even if it seems a small, meaningless expense as well. Also, should

make a list of all debts including credit card bills, monthly mortgage or rent, other utility expenditures, other loans, late fees, and anyone else we might owe money to, it is necessary to maintain these and should be so wise and smart to handle those awkward situations.

Also, we are trying to keep a money journal where we usually write down events that often trigger an urge to overspend, for instance, we might find we are more likely to spend money when we are bored, tired, depressed, anxious, stressed, or sad. Besides, we should create a budget where we might include our necessary monthly housing, food, and transportation expenses, other smaller unexpected expenses. Also, budget for other costs, including setting aside money for unexpected costs. It is the wiser decision to

start small because once we have a better idea of our incoming funds and where those funds are going, we can start looking for opportunities to make small changes that might ease stress.

By the way, it is essential to remember that every person's situation is unique, is not it? So, while some people might be able to make adjustments in our spending reasonably easily, not everyone has that freedom. The most important oft-repeated advice to just cut down on daily lattes and avocado toast is neither helpful, realistic, or remotely accurate for many of us. You know,

in some cases, money stress might be due to an issue such as compulsive buying behavior, gambling disorder, or overspending caused by a mental health condition, or impacts the other bad effects on us. In such cases, it is an emergency needed and so much important to talk to a mental health professional and also to talk to a Financial Professional when it is needed so strongly and we facing the ultimate unexpected unimaginable problems.
