A Stupid Guy: Fourth Part

A stupid guy does express something in a wrong way or utter the wrong words, we should keep in mind that if we are not sure of a word’s meaning or the proper way to say it, then we should learn it, or leave it out of our vocabulary.

It is an important thing that nothing makes us look less intelligent than using a word in the improper way and it is the ugliest matter, you know Using slang in a business setting also makes us look stupid, especially if people are from out of town and do not understand the slang we are using.

To avoid making ourselves look less intelligent than we really are, we should use the words we know for sure and expand our vocabulary on purpose to build our credibility and communication skills, it is one of the most important secrets to success in our career life and not to be angry with any silly reason.

Undermining our opinions is not also a good sign of mentality or behavior, if we want to look less intelligent than everyone around us, should add a qualifier to every sentence we say. You know, we the most people love to express our opinions, but those of us that are a little timid or have had a bad experience doing so usually add extra bits to their opinions or sentences, it is really so awkward thing and it makes us appear less intelligent.

For example, we might say something like this, “I am not sure whether this is right, but I think we should” even before we express our opinion, we have undermined it ourselves.

And another important matter is that we should be too judgemental, you know jumping to conclusions is a sure sign of an unintelligent person and if we are someone who is hard and fast in our ways and beliefs, then we are not someone who is open to suggestion or learning new things. Also, the people in this beautiful world especially the common ones who are closed off are thought to be less intelligent than those who are open to hearing the opinions of others, it is so wise behaviors or manners I think. So, we should stop becoming so judgemental ourselves.

So, finally, I should say that it is high time we avoided stupidity in every sphere of our life, we should actually be the wise and smart one by avoiding these silly matters and if we want to be more intelligent we can be that the wisest and smartest person and then everyone will give the highest priority to us that we deserve.
