When we talk about bodily exercise, a few may not be in agreement with the idea at first. However, the idea of exercise is definitely the best method to stay healthy and to have a good and long life.

The need for bodily exercise is not something new. This has been part of our daily lives since time immemorial. Even during the days when people lived in caves, they still wanted to have control over their health.

In ancient times, people exercised their bodies by simply walking or running around the cave they lived in, trying to keep everything away from them and to be safe from any threat that may come their way. Fast forward to the present day and exercise is still as important as it was before, even if it has come in different forms but with the same purpose, as we still want to stay fit and healthy.

It is no secret that exercise is good for the body but did you know that it can also keep depression at bay? Exercise is so good for the body that people who regularly exercise are less likely to suffer from depression. This is according to a study conducted by by researchers at King's College London and two universities of Harvard and Stanford.

To have a good body, students should first have pen and paper and start writing down the activities they do on a daily basis. In line with this, they should write the activities that they do not do on a daily basis and the ones that they haven't tried. We all know that exercise is good for the body, it keeps us fit and healthy. It makes our body fight against any sickness or disease. Exercise can come in different form and it includes running, jogging, playing football etc.

irrespective of the type of exercise that you take, it is not always good and beneficial for your body. In fact there are certain methods of exercise that could actually make you sick or harm your body.

In recent times there has been a lot of discussion about the impact of running on your knees and joints. This type of exercise which involves continuous jumping and running, can do a lot of damage to your knees.

This is why there are other ways to keep fit that involve different movements and avoiding injury on your knees. So, it is not the end of the world if you don't practice running, there are other ways to keep fit without harming your knees.

You're very tight. Bodily exercise is good because it keeps the body in form. Also, you're right about the fact that not all exercises is good for the body. I learnt this after my surgery. I used to sit up but I could no longer do it because my surgery cut pains me whenever I do something streanous

Yes my friend that's true. Not all exercises can be good to our body that's why before exercising we should research first what are the best exercises we must follow.
