CONS: It seems awful to me that they don't let them use the translator because if they don't ban, I think that's a way to communicate, but they are preventing it, so I don't like this rule. The second pro has a bad thing, like, that one cannot know who is a spammer, and who is not, so if you like a content, you give it your heart, and you did not know that it was a spammer, you will be banned unfairly. You cannot publish certain content because they ban you. if you post many times you get banned. And, what I like the least is that, if you follow a person a lot, they will mark you as banned for "helping your friend" I don't like this at all, what if you just like their content a lot?
