Those are spammers read cash is facing this battles against them that is why there is 'move to spam' button now on comments on your notifications.

Haha yeah they are spamming Comments section with that Subscribe me please lol. It's better to subscribe with the post you we are into with not just forcing .
I don't also get it why they wanted to have more subscribers as if it could give them a lot of money. They just simple making spam comments.
