An Era of Hard work Or Smart work

Every living person has a different system to approach their goals in order to complete it successfully. It can be either with the help of hard work, where a person normally spends their long hours working without any creative ideas and act in accordance with the same tradition which is being followed by everyone successfully for so many years, whereas the other choice would be to approach in such a way where your main focus will be to reduce the amount of work to be done with the help of ingenious or innovate ideas resulting into shortcuts ,also known as smart work.

A Real Debate

A person with principles and disciplines will never replace his/her method of working with shortcuts. It doesn't mean that they are not equipped with sufficient knowledge regarding their job, but still they choose to save their values and rules to continue their own legacy . A hard working person usually remain more focused on the details of work provided to him. They do not seek any views upon methodology unless the job doesn't have any work instructions along with it. A hard working person will never put an initiative towards the nature of the job ,he usually emphasize more upon the completion time.

While smart working people are more concentrated towards the nature of the job and usually initiates in preparation to make their job easy and effortless. A smart working person is very unique and genius and never categized themselves with the people indulge in a same rat race. This person has a lot of ideas and inventive character. They do not prefer to go after for any same old path which is being followed by the others without having any proper cross-examination unless the procedure opted is already as per their needs. They are very particular towards their time management due to which they finds solution to tackle their problems in a best way possible. Their brains are never kept idle but in real most of these are inerted beings. Their aim is to find out the pre-eminent plan or strategies in dealing with their complications.

Life Example :

In my school days, I used to get lot of homework like every other student. Being a sloth ,I chose to handle it in different way possible. So, I used to provide my written homework which was not relevant to the group of students and my siblings who had a good handwriting along with a treat and remaining rest which was important to me, that I used to handle it by myself. Therefore, I utilized my spare time in reading and learning for my exams unlike most of my colleagues. My classmates who were excellent in an academics were determined to do their learning and writing work on their own. So to compete with them, I had to find an alternative solutions and shortcuts to be good student.

'Dreams don't work unless you do' either smart work or hard work.

One famous saying is that "work smart not hard" but from my personal experience hard work and smart work together can make a person successful and knowledgeable .I believe that both are an essentials tools to complete the task more efficiently.

Albert Einstein, Michael Jordan and Warren Buffet are the great examples of the people who had spent there so many years to reach at the summit. To define a personality in the modern day world ,it is necessary to equipped with both of these skills together such as:

• Use of intellect/brain.

In today's world, one has redefined the terms smart work and hard work. Most of us thinks hard work is related to physical activity whereas smart work is a kind of mental ability. This was true but before the age of internet but nowadays a same employed person can spend his entire working day without even completing the task after having all the required facilities. Since, technology has become a crucial part of our life which is resulting in an evolution of jobs with every passing day. Therefore it is very essential to be skilled with both of these tools in order to be successful in your life.
